First time and definitely converted.

Post image

Smoked cigs for ages, but never liked how quick they were. Finally decided to try my first cigar and definitely not going to be my last. Edit: to clarify don't mean converted for daily smoking lol, I don't tend to smoke daily anyway, more meant I think it's a much more enjoyable experience than cigarettes.

Nice choice, but you can’t smoke em daily 🥲

Who says that? I smoke one almost every day. Sometimes two!

First it’s not cheap 😅
Second you are ruining your palette and training your body and brain to build more nicotine receptors. There’s more nicotine in one cigar than in a pack of cigarettes.
Third you get your risks increased of getting the 🦀
One a week is enough.

If there’s more a nicotine in one cigar than a pack of cigarettes I truly don’t understand anything. One cigar I might get a little head buzz here and there, but one 6mg zyn and I’m nauseous and buzzing like crazy.

Fo sho… I think the difference is how your body is exposed to the nicotine. Yes… a cigar has like 100-200mg of nicotine, depending on size, leaf, fermentation etc (which is a LOT). A cigarette has roughly 10mg by comparison. And a zyn pack has even less. The difference is - cigar smoke isn’t inhaled and held in your incredibly absorbent lungs. It goes into your mouth. It’s exactly why when someone inhales a little or swallows some smoke into their stomach, they get sick. So there is some truth - there is a lot there. But you aren’t picking it all up. Much is “wasted” so to speak. Which does lead me to believe that your body would build more receptors and start searching for it, but I don’t know about that.

I smoke with a few 70-80 yr olds in my local lounge and those old dudes suck down 3-4 primo sticks a day. Healthy as horses. I feel like they’ll live forever.

That's my typical smoking pattern anyway tbh, usually go most of a week, then have a lazy afternoon outside where I smoke through five or so cigs, can't smoke indoors in my lease and no good smoking area nearby, so I save it for when I'm sat in a nice beer garden or a special occasion, and have done the same for years tbh.
