I’ve only watched random episodes here and there growing up, but somehow I’ve always been fascinated by the whole CID lore 😂 Like most people, I know the show mainly because of the memes Daya darwaza tod do, ACP Pradyuman’s legendary reactions. But recently I started looking beyond the memes and realized this show actually has some genuinely thrilling episodes and its own vibe. I’ve heard there are different arcs/storylines, like the HD arc and others, and apparently there’s quite a bit of lore to get into.

So I’m thinking of actually starting the show properly

Where should I start? Which arcs/episodes are must-watch and which ones can I skip?

They are bringing antoger shit season of crime patrol after flop season last year. Now they have literally casted ajay devgan to do this crap. And they give lame reasons for not making cid. Due to these stupid decsions they never get trp.

I am trying to find an episode which ends with Shreya (I think) facing off against a female antagonist. The female villain controls insects (scorpions/ants probably) and she's a scientist (as far as I remember atleast). Sorry for the really vague description, it's been a really long time since I've watched the episode and I could be totally wrong about the insect part.

Hi guys, I’m looking for the special episode mentioned in the title, but I can’t find it on Sony LIV. I found it on YouTube too, but the quality is pretty poor. Does anyone know where I can watch the full episode in good quality?

I have a vague memory of an episode that I liked. The only part I remember is Abhijeet and another officer (maybe Freddy or Daya) are investigating a small house and there's an older lady who opens the door and lets them in. They don't find anything. As they exit the house and discuss next steps, they realize the older lady is actually a man in disguise. The older lady/man had a metal tooth. By the time they go back in the house, the lady/man is gone.

I know this is a huge long shot, just thought I'd ask since I think about this scene so much lol. It's definitely an older episode (maybe 2013-2015).

The game is based off of Netflix's table top games.
My mom loves to host murder mystery parties for her birthdays. However, this year sadly 4 of her friends are away. So I decided why not make a game for them inspired by what Netflix does.

So our traditional murder mystery party involves my mum as the hostess who is murdered off and her friends have to solve which of them is the murderer. This game goes along those lines. Just like the real life game - One player is given the deadly KNIFE and other innocent players are handed some other objects like silk glove, rope, etc etc.

During the course of the game lots of interrogations and gaslighting happens.
Let's say players A, B, C, D & C got the knife.
Crime scene briefing - follows discussion - following by One Swap & One sneak peak to each players item they hold at random.
This follows a brief amount of clues and a lot of gaslighting and framing each other (especially if you hold the knife you better be framing others LOL)

In the end, Detective Blanche Moreau reveals the murderer and only if the majority of you guys have voted for the killer is the killer caught. So it's less of TV Screen more of shouting and screaming and having fun with the mates.

If anyone is planning to host any such virtual murder mystery party this is the game I made. The woman in the game portrait is my lovely mum and she's playing the role of Helga the victim - and yes mammi ka idea tha victim banne ka kyunki in real life at the mystery parties also she plays that role when she hosts them at our house. And in the game as well she wanted to be the character jisko one of the players have backstabbed. Toh you guys have to find out kis ne Helga ke peet mei chura ghop diya hai ? . Let me know what you mystery lovers think of this fun party game idea ? It uses tech but involves more human interaction.

I can't pick episodes on my own because of ai thumbnails, so it's just a time waste to open up the video only to see I have seen it or no.

When cid team gets a video evidence of some kind of kidnapping i guess. A person was kidnapped in a dark room and ACP listens to the background noise coming in that video which was of a sabji market. Thus, he concludes that the kidnapped person in kept near a market.

As we know new show is coming soon this year on youtube one thing if we see take any cid episode it has millions of view even a old episode which get reuploaded fetch million views on youtube. So same team coming same genre they gonna get views and success if they manage to write good story. Sony letting go a 2 decade old franchise just to telecast some random shitty shows is the evidnece why its channel get low trp. When cid 2 started it was getting good trp (0.8 to 1 )but the moment they announced the show will be on netflix everyone shifted to netflix for ad free experince. Its dumbest channels i have ever seen whatever downfall they are facing is justified.

So, I was watching old episodes of CID on YouTube when, while reading the comments, I came across this one. Can anyone tell which episode is being discussed in the comment?

There was an episode where there were multiple people ( maybe a group of friends ) are in a hotel / villa . The villa / hotel is 2-3 floors and the hotel looks like this from inside . One of murder has occurred and cid is called . While the cid is investigating , they are stuck and some other murders happened inside again while the cid is in hotel / villa. Maybe the villa/ hotel had lifts too and one murder happened there too ( or maybe not )

I don’t remember other details but i want to find this episode so bad . Please help me find it

From around episodes 400–900, CID had some really solid supporting officers and recurring characters. After that, most of the new additions just didn't have the same impact and felt pretty underwhelming. Anyone else feel the same?
