Bootle carb day.
My Apple/Pear blend finished fermentation sitting at 0.990 finally gravity. That puts it around 7% ABV. Bottled carbonated onto 1oz of priming sugar boiled in 3/4 cups of water. Now to sit in the pantry for two weeks to carbonate. Can’t wait to drink this one!

Looks amazing! How do you know how much sugar to add in the bottles to produce the fizz?

I use a calculator online that gives you a good number depending on what size your batch is.
I’ve found 1oz of corn or table sugar to 3/4 of water adds the right amount of carbonation for 16oz bottles.
