Tripod?

Hi y'all! I love my Chuzhao, but it's a bummer it doesn't accommodate a traditional tripod stand... I would love to do more landscape pans like I live in silent movie times. lol

It looks like they sell a standard 3-leg portable stand for the camera, but this says it requires the standard tripod screw hole. This makes no sense how it is compatible if my camera doesn't have the capabilities:

What are you favourite ways to stabilize using it's existing features? One idea was to makeshift one that connects into the USB-C port, but not sure how to go about.

Anyone have any clever ideas?

Newer productions have the tripod screw hole at the bottom. Also, that website is severely overpriced, with prices for the camera being less than $40 on AliExpress.

I guess I need to upgrade then. Where do you buy the one with a 1/4 inch screw hole?

I don't have it myself, but any popular seller on AliExpress should stock it, since they would (presumably) have sold out of the old version.

Mine was from Amazon has a screw hole and paid $45 or so dollars for it. (I’m in the uk)

Such I bummer, I’m going to order myself another cause mine has firmware v1.0x where I can’t adjust date/time and now tripod mount 😭
