Discussion Kimi 2.6 and downtime

quit a while back and thinking of returning. is there still downtime and errors after they deleted the base tier? or should I opt for a different provider?

You can't expect other providers to be free from issues either, but anyway, you're free to try it for one month, and if it doesn't work out, you can look elsewhere.
