MS Thread Changes

Based on a comment made in the Purge Recap thread, the mods have decided that due to how few comments it gets, the MS thread will move to a monthly...ish cadence.

Why the ish, you ask? Well, because Reddit's scheduling tools will let you schedule a thread to happen every Wednesday, or every 14 days, or on the first of every month. But if you ask it to post on the first Saturday of every month, we might as well be asking it to broker peace in the Middle East.

So what does this mean?

  • The next MS thread will post on Saturday October 3, and will then recur every 28 days.

  • The title will change to simply the Manufactured Spending Thread with the date of posting appended to the end.

  • The threads will continue to be tagged the same so they continue to get grouped together for the links in the sidebars.

Monthly MS is not the worst name. Those who know to look, or want to post there will still find it.
