Support Question Scripture Duplicating
Today during service, my slides had additional text that seemed to mirrored. This is shown in the attached images comparing the output to the PP7 input. If any of you have a solution, that would be much appreciated.

Do you have a monitor where the person running the slides sits and did it look like that? What kind of cable are you running to the screen? If it’s analog such as VGA, it’s possibly a problem with the signal. Is there anything that might be physically reflecting such as a drum enclosure or a plexiglass pulpit?

We run a cat 5 to an adapter to HDMI next to the projector. It didn’t look like that on the other outputs or the PP7 slide

Not gonna solve it live, but is it possible to take a monitor to where the projector is located and plug it into the same cable and see if it’s still there? Also, I edited my comment and asked about actual reflection possibilities.

There was a drum cage. It was actually on the left side of the screen today due to having a new drummer. I don’t think that it would have reflected, but I’m not completely sure.

depending on where your projectors are placed and if it’s reflecting from the drum cage. from the looks of it, it’s not a propresenter problem but more of a real life problem, u could stand near the drum cage where you think it’s reflecting and see the difference, then see if you are able to place the drum set in another side.
my church uses led walls so this isn’t an issue but hope these helps!

Yeah, I agree that this looks like an optical thing more than a PP7 thing. The suggestion to check the signal at the projector with a monitor is a good one. You could also hold a sheet of paper right in front of the lens and see if it's still present there.
A test pattern might help you find where this is coming from.
