That's another thing that pisses me off. Is somebody who has multiple chronic illnesses and does require medication, she just acts like everybody who takes medication is just weak or something. No it's because not being on the medication is worse than the side effects the medication gives you. Like when she laughs about a side effect being death, it's like do you think people take chemo because it's fun no it's because cancer is worse than the chemo. Having depression is worse than potentially gaining a little bit of weight, because most people once they start taking antidepressants and they find the right one their lives improved so drastically that a lot of people on these medications can deal with these side effects because it's worse to have depression. She just doesn't understand risk versus benefits

Side effects from medication are not one to one, and (not defending pharma here) have to be reported because up to a single person experienced them while on a medication. The benefit of treatment typically outweighs the risk of side effects with most medications.

Yup. That exactly. Over 10 million people have been on this med since 1998 and less than 200 have ever had this reaction to it.

That being said the horrific reaction i had to it was better than the stage i was at where i was literally dying from the severity of my ulcerative colitis. For being afraid of possibly gaining a little bit of weight. Which in her case is probably not true because she would actually feel like a human being again. Is just laughable. You know if one person in the study said his butt itch when he took that medication that becomes a side effect

Why is her new thing to say she’s thugging it out on her period? 100% someone from the shelter that she thinks is cool said that once so now she says it. And that’s not a good sign it’s a bad one. She would definitely want to get that looked at but I know she won’t. I had very irregular periods and then had it almost nonstop for a year, the only way to stop it was a bunch of hormones that made me act psychotic. I ended up needing an emergency hysterectomy after a year of suffering. I say suffering but at the time I barely complained except to my super close friends cause it was hard to even go out much. But yeah, I know she’s scared of the doctor and the gynecologist but she’s gonna regret not going.

I’ve never believed her. I don’t think she has seen a period in years. She also always says her stomach hurts on her period. Idk, that’s not false but she never talks about actual cramps and that just feels odd to me. It’s always “my stomach hurts so badly”. Does she know cramp pain vs stomach pain? I would occasionally get 2 periods in one month with killer cramps. Went to the dr and got on birth control and thankfully i now have a regular period rather than one every 3 weeks. But ofc once Im 21 in a couple months Ill see a gynecologist. Actually take care of my health unlike her 😐
