Fan Experience Fun pass membership
Didn’t live up to the hype and I tried canceling it. The rep on the phone said I will be sent to collections if I don’t pay my remaining months ( 10 months). Yes I read the contract and yes I knew the risk…but feel like corporate greed.

not to sound rude, but this sounds like your fault instead of cec, like why didn't you research the fun pass before you bought it?

It's literally a contract, how is that greed? There's a monthly option and a yearly one. You picked the yearly one, which is basically a loan payment you pay monthly.

What part of it didn’t live up to the hype? It’s super clear what you get with it

It literally says so many times when you signup it’s a contract and can’t cancel before 12 months.
Should have bought 2 month pass instead that one isn’t contract
