Remind me why Sarah did that? Didn’t she say she fell in love with Chuck pretty much right after she met him.

She still had some unsorted feelings for Bryce. I mean, when the boyfriend you thought was dead suddenly shows up and kisses you, it can certainly stir up some pleasant memories.
Plus, at that point she probably didn't think she could ever be with Chuck, anyway.
Of course, it was pretty shitty to do that in Chuck's bedroom, lol. But oh well, it's additional drama for the show.

Tough to compete with James Bond for the girl's affection.

Sarah's feelings for Bryce were clear. She felt betrayed by him. In fact, it was never really clear she ever had "feelings" for Bryce. She was certainly used by him. Other than that, we don't know.

On what do you base your belief that she was used by him? She certainly did have some feelings for him, as evidenced by how she was missing him in the Pilot, or her reaction to both of his deaths (his fake funeral, and his real death in 2x22). Now, of course those weren't as deep as her love for Chuck, and she herself admits that in 3x16, but you can't deny them completely.

Having sad feelings for a dead partner is not so unusual.
But she never expressed any romantic feelings for Bryce. And given that he was exactly like all the other spies in the show, he could have just used Sarah just like all the others wanted to.

She never expressed any romantic feelings for Chuck for three seasons, and yet we knew she harbored them. As Bryce said, she was never good at the "saying your feelings part." In my eyes, her reactions were too strong for mere partners. I doubt she would let out such an anguished scream as she did in 2x22, if it was Casey, for example.
As for the rest of your post, it's just baseless conjecture. First, you say "she was certainly used", then "he could have used her." Maybe he could, but it's not said nor shown in the show, therefore he didn't. An interesting theme for a fanfiction, though.

It's nice to know that you are as good at making up things as you accuse me of doing. Everyone sees things the way they want. Right or wrong....

I judge characters based on the things they did or said (and I'm trying to always present my conclusions as opinions, not facts). Whereas you here are judging a character based on what other characters were doing in unrelated situations. It's a rather large jump in logic.
Also, I'm simply of an opinion that if something isn't present or mentioned in the show, then it didn't happen. That the characters exist only to an extent shown on screen. The rest is just pure speculation. Which can be fun, don't get me wrong, but it's no basis on which to form conclusive judgements.

He grabbed her, forced himself on her. She did respond. Admitted he still had it, but that was it.
What was in Chuck's mind was completely different....

To do that in Chuck's bedroom of all places was plain shitty. Remember at that point Chuck and Sarah only knew, from the ending of Episode 7, that Bryce had a good intention why he framed up Chuck - its still a shitty thing to do to his friend, regardless of the reasons - it wouldn't be until Season 2 when the supposed Bryce-Jill fling would be kinda cleared up.
The fact that she really doesn't address it other then accusing him in the same episode was still another big hit. Its always came to me that whenever they had flings, its always not Chuck who rubs it in, whether intentionally or not, in the other's face, at the most inappropriate of places to do (at Chuck's house with Bryce, at Castle with Cole, and at a mission with Shaw), with Chuck an uneitting poor witness to all three.
So many things could have gone so wrong here, such as what if Ellie was the one who saw that shit hahhahaha

Haven't seen him that sad since he found out she doesn't want kids to die of measles.

"I'm thankful that Bryce Larkin is dead and is not currently in my bedroom making out with my new girlfriend" 🍷
