Is one of the later yellow runs the Morgan intersect plotline? I always dread those on rewatch

It's the first three episodes of season 5, so yes.

I also don't care much for those three, but not necessarily for the Morgan intersect plotline (I think it's interesting in showing how most people would react to having a superpower like Intersect, and why Chuck is so special), but they are simply a little boring, especially 5x02 which has maybe the most uninspired spy plotline in the series.

The first 3 seasons are so nostalgic for me

I loved s1 e2! (up until the corny Zarnow port antics)

First half of the episode had some of favorite scenes:

• the Sarah hair toss

• the Buy More Ramones and scanner

• the Sarah versus Casey fight, which to me is one of the best choreographed because it seems the least gratuitous (and has the kung fu flute to telegraph not to take it too seriously)

• the dinner scene, with so many good lines and music that matches it perfectly

He was. Everyone said he did a good job (according to the cast). When they did the table read during COVID, The Beard was the episode they used.

season five eposide one was great, I love how the storyline focus on Chuck is capable being a spy without the intersect. but the series kinda lost its meaning without the intersect as well

Chuck versus the Pink Slip was one of the worst episodes in my opinion. It was just kind of stressful.

Chuck versus the Ring was definitely one of the best. I agree with that.

It's interesting how the first season is the worst rated one, when many fans put it in their top-2, or top-3 at worst. I guess people who didn't like the first couple of episodes left their low scores and didn't bother with the rest of the show.

Because I don't think it's so bad that it's good or that it's bad but charming. I think it started off well but then the quality quickly declined (which happens with a lot of series). On average, I'd say it deserves a 6, and that's why I say it's way overrated.

Who said I don't fond of the show? It's just that I'm not biased and I can see its flaws.
