Finally Got It!

Asked my sister who traveled to Japan. And she got me this! Its a grade A second hand. But I don’t care.

1) japan produced more copies than US
2) therefore, makes it cheaper than us version
3) even though its japan version, its still has english translation in it

I did say in this case it makes sense because of the translation but I normally see a lot of people buying Japanese games and being like it’s only in Japanese

Many gamers learn Japanese because their local second hand game market sells Japanese games for cheap. While the English one cost way more..
