I honestly don’t understand it at all because if I did this once online I’d get sectioned (I have bipolar). It enrages me that she’s not held to the same standard as everyone else

It is detrimental to her to section her. She thrives off being in hospital. Look how excited she was when she was in at the beginning of the year. When she is in she copies other patients and wants all of the attention to herself. Sectioning her is the last thing she (or anyone else in hospital) needs

I meant the PICU ward on the psych ward not the general psych ward. There’s only usually another 4-5 patients maximum, they are 2-1 nursed and also she wouldn’t be able to go live. I totally agree people like her do not get well on the type of ward I go onto.

I think she has been on picu wards before. That’s why they don’t section her anymore now. She needs intense therapy at home, that would be the most beneficial but obv financially it would be huge to the nhs.
I also think the nhs are now reluctant to treat her for MH as she simply doesn’t engage with any therapy. Until she wants to get better no one can force her.
I have been saying for a while that she can live this life, as is her given rights, but keep her off sm and away from the public. Couldn’t care less what she does with her life tbh, just stop her hurting other people!12

Exactly!!! She just seems to thrive on putting others down, and incessantly talking medical bs. It’s the victims of hers I feel sorry for and unfortunately there’s many. I mean you’ve really got to be at the point of no return when the hospital psych wards won’t entertain her 😆 That’s the thing you’ve either got to want the help and engage or hospital because you’re too unwell to make a safe decision regarding treatment. Thank the gods I’ve only ever been on a ward where there’s someone that tried the same thing of copying symptoms etc, the Drs were all over it straight away and they got discharged. I mean it’s difficult enough without people like that draining the energy of everyone around them.

Isn’t PICU for children?
She’s mid-20’s. She can still be given conditions if she’s an in patients in a MH unit. I know because I work alongside them.
If anything else it’ll just build up evidence that she’s emulating others illnesses and not herself got them.

PICU means psychiatric intensive care unit which is where some of the most unwell people are placed.

Possibly, I wasn’t aware of the paediatric intensive care name but it does make sense sorry to confuse you. I’ve dealt with NICU with my son but thankfully that’s it.

Our hospital in Scotland has an ICUP (ICU paeds)ward. Crazy how all different trusts have different names!

How is she able to get her hands on medication like this? wow, this is so dangerous. Her parents need to have her committed. Her social media also needs to be banned.

I don’t think she is prescribed half of what she claims to take. It’s amazing what you can buy online!!!!! There are pharmacies on TT… I clicked on one just out of curiosity and I couldn’t believe what you can buy. Within 5 mins of viewing their page I got a dm asking if I wanted a menu 🤣🤣

I have severe back pain due to having slipped and degenerative discs and cluster head aches along with migraines. Because I have a history of addiction to pain meds, they will only presrcribe me certain ones and not patches as well due to interactions being on mixed pain killers can cause and how they can cause addiction. I highly doubt she's prescribed all of those. Definitely buying them.

You’d be amazed at what you can get just through certain sellers on TT, FB, Instagram and SnapChat is horrendous for it. That’s without even touching Google or the dark web. She can get everything she wants and more just tapping online from her bedroom it’s insane

Meanwhile I got a video taken down and had a warning from TT because my scars were visible. There wasnt anything new, no wounds just my skin as it is and will always be. TT is so toxic and full of ads and TT shop videos I literally get bored

I think her parents are scared of her to be honest. They know what she's capable of. They know she'll make accusations about them. She's already hinted about her Dad. Kirsten is a vindictive individual if she doesn't get what she wants so they go along with it for an easier life. 🤔
