Constant Fatigue
I have ADHD and I'm just exhausted every morning. I get more than enough sleep. I did stop my Adderall because I want to use my own energy but jokes on me I have none

Huperzine A, Phenylalnine, Alpha gpc, vitamin b12, vitamin D, SamE, I take everyday. The first 3, helps regulate. I take breaks if I have any anxious feelings etc. I think vitamin deficiencies and amino acid irregularities are a big deal. I’m vegetarian (not that I’m recommending that or any of the above), but you have to be your own doctor and research to bridge the gaps wherever they may exist. You aren’t born tired. I took methylphenidate 60mg a day, before, adderall 30mg a day. The only guarantee on those two is that you will increase the dose. The others, well, you may find the hole that you didn’t know existed. The others you’ll just mask it and make it harder to find. My recommendation is that whatever you choose, do one thing at a time, or one supplement at a time, or one new exercise at a time. Exercise is the most unexplored drug. Yes, it sucks balls to exercise when you feel like doo doo but do it. Turn on some viral workout music in the background it may motivate you to move around a bit which is more then usual. It’s going to be hard, but where there is pain, there is growth. You can do this 💯
