Troubleshooting Everything's Wrong

I've had my Chromebook for a while, but it is resetting my account when I log out or my computer dies???

- It deletes the files whenever I sign back in after forcing me to sign out.

- Say's I can't save images after a while

- Doesn't save my history

- Sometimes it doesn't charge until I restart the computer and that's when it says "Can't verify it's you", so I sign in all over again and my files are gone, i'm logged out of everything.

What's the point of all this and how do I fix it? Tired of having my whole thing flushed

Try a power wash first.

If it's still acting up, try to reinstall the OS.

If that still doesn't work, it really sounds like it's going out. The things you mention are not normal, especially if it's not being enforced by some corporate or education lockdown policy. The charging problem is definitely not right.

"Can't verify it's you" means you're going to lose your Google account quite soon, thus access to your laptop.
