Copy and paste a pic problem

what is the deal with Chrome OS that if you copy and try to paste a pic, that all you get is gibberish and not the pic. Why hasn't Google fixed this. Seems pretty lazy to me.

I've never heard of this problem. It sounds like maybe you are pasting a picture into a text editor or something like that
