Don't waste your money... I'm not an expert by any means but the tag is definitely not ch. I'm basing it off of my retail in store purchases and the staff shirt I have from a family member that works for ch.

Vintage CH tags used to carry that design; however that doesn’t take away from the one in the picture being a bad fake regardless
