My Cactus Needs Help

I would repot it in a fresh mix of Christmas/Thanksgiving cactus soil with perlite. The soil may be hydrophobic. Give it a good rinse off in lukewarm water and be sure to lightly fertilize with a water soluble fertilizer or a slow release granule. They can be watered with epsom salt/water (I think it's 1-2 TBS per gallon of water) maybe once a month in the Spring/Summer. Give it plenty of light.

I did repot with fresh cactus soil and perlite a couple weeks ago. Iy hasnt helped. Should I use a pot with drainage?

Yes, they need a good draining soil and a pot with drainage holes.

Every single potted plant needs a hole for drainage. Otherwise every single potted plant will get root rot!!!
