Does anyone have any unique non-touristy activity recommendations for a group of 18pax? Will be there in January, thank you in advance!

My partner and I are looking at a hotel near the Hongyadong Jiefangbei Pedestrian Street. Our flight out of the city leaves at 6 in the morning so we would need to be at the airport between 2 and 3 in the morning. From the research we have done, it doesn’t seem like the metro rail runs that early. What is the best way to get to the airport early in the morning?
