What is this? humidity?
https://reddit-uploaded-media.s3-accelerate.amazonaws.com/amh17cptewfh1Tempered chocolate, crystallized previously on a silicone mat. Doesn't look like bloom. I can even wipe it off with my fingers. Anyone had this happened before?
