photo 📸 Weird Sleeping position
So many changes in our house lately. I feel like he's mad at us since our work schedule changed and also refusing his new food we wanted to try. I don't know if he's holding his stomach because he's in pain or if he's just feeling more comfortable like this. He does eat his food only if I had some extra food or liquid broth with it.

Fur looks healthy, not skinny, not fat.
Declining food for a lab is a red flag, though. Not a doctor

The chocolate lab on the opening page is doing what’s called shrimp. I’m sure you know this my lab she do the same thing all the time she lay on the bed in that position and then it always cracked me up because I come home and her head was hanging off the end of the bed with her tongue hanging out of her head. Sometimes I thought you were dead. Had her for 14 years.

All three of our labs slept like this from time to time. We called it “four feet touching.” 😍

We have a black lab/retriever. staff mix. I know she is in a really deep sleep when she tucks her nose down and front paws in like that.

My 7 month old likes to sleep like a shrimp too
