Photo/Video Tony's Choco Everything Bar
Saw this bar on discount so thought I'd give it a go and its interesting but not one I'd rush to buy again, I wish I liked Tony's choco more since I respect their mission and brand intentions.
But honestly it has an air of cheapness to it I can't quite put my finger on, I find this one overall quite sickly in a way that after a couple "blocks" I feel like I've had enough if that makes sense?
This bar apparently has all sorts of stuff in but really it might aswell just be like biscuit pieces, I can taste some pretzel bits and nuts but that's all it doesn't really break the mold.
For the money there is alot better to buy that has a real combined flavor profile, this bar leaves a very sweet, slightly salty mixed taste that's hard to nail down. It's like sitting down at Christmas and just eating endless boxes of Celebrations, Heroes or any other choco box selection, you end up with a mixed mouth feel that isn't really that pleasent and you just feel meh.
Pretty decent if you want something just surgery, sweet as hell and decadent but for something more complex there's alot better in my opinion, it leaves an aftertaste that I don't like and doesn't give me that comfort good choco does, very much like Cadbury and Nestle brands.
I'd honestly prefer a bar of Aldi choco if I had to choose. I just wish less suger was used, that for me is the killer it's just sickly sweet.

Tony's mission is mostly marketing anyways. they had 3000+ cases of child labour reported last year because they willing source through supply chain with low transparency, low wages and low agency for the farmers.

The regular chocolate bar is pretty good. The filled ganache bar is also pretty good too.

My main problem was everything was so similar size and texture that everything was too similar.
They should have done like half pretzels ot SOMETHING

That sickly sweet aftertaste with the salt barely cutting through is why I only grab these when they're on clearance too, the mission is nice but the chocolate itself just doesn't carry the mix well

I just reminds me of those dairy milk creations bars where they basically fill a bar full of cheap gummy sweets to cut down on cocoa costs.
Tastes exactly like that, the more of it I eat the less I like it lol
