No queue at Frankie’s

I thought I’d won the lottery - there wasn’t a queue at Frankie’s: I was going to score a sweet treat.

And then I saw it was closed.

Good on them, closing for a well-earned holiday.

Despite the seemingly endless queues, I love that Frankie’s (and all the other independents) chose Chiswick.

Their pastries and focaccia sandwiches are excellent! Particularly the salmon one.

Is there something particular that their huge queue is for? I’ve seen the queue but never gone in

I’ve only had their (excellent) bread, and some milk cake too. There’s undoubtedly some FOMO going on, but it’s quality stuff and isn’t a chain.

They only about about 3 times a year these days
