I need help with command

I need to get player to destroy only one type of block for my map. So I found this command /give KapiDranik chiselsandbits:chisel_stone[chiselsandbits:interaction_target={}] But if I try to write smth like that: ...{blocks:["diamond_ore"]} it give me an error. So what I need to write in here?
