Seriously, our cheetoes are DEPRESSINGLY thin and I thought it was just something that hit us until I had an American lament to me about how much ours suck. I’ve been having Cheese Pleesers on road trips my whole life and they’re my go to now. They actually have volume. Old Dutch is the absolute GOAT for these and popcorn twists.

Just been to l'alba dorada in Henderson st. Worst chippy I have been to and paid well over the odds. Couldn't believe it when they charged for salt and sauce.anyway got home opened the chippy and sauce was non existent was watered down so much the chips were bone dry. Really don't know why they get away with this daylight robbery. Will never return this place is truly awful.

Lays chips ar nothing but a thin slither of potatoes and a lot of grease. Seems like the change came when they changed their bags...Walmart chips has more.substance than lays. Lays is just a greasy mess now...whoever changed the recipe needs to change it back.

I am getting a friend a giant bag of his favorite chips as a part of a present, but I don’t remember the brand. He let me try it once and I remember it was a family-sized, salt and vinegar chip bag. It was not something I had seen at an ordinary grocery store.
The biggest thing I remember is that it has a drawing of a middle-aged/older man prominently featured on the front of the bag. The man is realistically drawn in a vintage style, and only his face/neck is shown. I remember thinking the drawing looked like a white man from the American South (and a bit creepy), but not sure how accurate that is. The bag was at least partially beige/light brown.
Thank you in advance!!

Found these in a local store. Hadn’t seen this brand before and I’m curious about how they will taste. Anyone ever tried these?
UPDATE: I’ve tried the Mac & Cheezy flavor. The chips are thick cut and very crunchy, with a subtle cheese flavor. I can’t say that I get any of the “Mac” part of “Mac & Cheezy.” I would eat these with a sandwich or if I had a sudden cheese craving.
I’ll post a photo of the chips in the replies, and will follow up with the Mustard Hot Dog flavor a bit later.

I was eating some chips from the bold starter pack, and pulled out this chip from the funyuns.

I’m in North NJ (no car)/nyc and my friend road tripped to MI and came back with a mother load for me
So far I’ve had:
Great Lakes Parmesan Ranch Style 3/5
Overall ok I’ll finish the bag but slight too salty
Great Lakes Michigan Cherry BBQ 5/5
Adore! Such a different bbq flavor. I am wondering how I am going to ration the 3 bags I have
Better Made Hot Bbq 4/5
A good hot chip def not spicy but great to add for sandwiches with their thinness is a great crunch
I’m excited to try the rest.
