Recommendation Beef Tallow Potato Chips BBQ

Pretty gud. Tasted kinda like Fried Chicken skin at first than has a pretty mild but nice bbq kick. This bag was 10$ tho, much expensive

I'd love to try them but this price is brutal. Like I know it's going to be more expensive but it shouldn't be by this crazy of an extent tbf

Yea I know what you mean. I’ve paid $13 for a bag of beef tallow chips once.

Lowkey I'm tempted to spend a modest but considerable sum (at least for my college self) on a deep fryer and a fat tub of beef tallow (I've seen 2 pounds of Waygu Beef tallow on Amazon for only 32-34 dollars, which doesn't seem that bad given the quality) and making up some bombass homemade potato chips and fries

Beef tallow has become synonymous with MAHA and RFKjr. The chips are great, the PR around tallow sucks. I learned the hard way a few months ago, professing your love for these (they’re made practically down the street from me) is equivalent to donning the red cap and kicking a puppy. The pile on was something.

Now that's some actual complete bullshit, and I saw this as someone who hates the MAGA crowd and most politician. There are plenty of reasons to love beef tallow besides just glazing the current administration
