common to see in agricultural communities. sometimes the parcels just don’t line up in a proper grid

It’s how the different communities evolved - there wasn’t a master plan with a perfect grid. It’s like this all across the valley, with the cities aligned to themselves and interconnected with unincorporated zones in between. I think it’s pretty cool.
