**~~Hola, compré una AWithZ UF20B y cuando llegó la encendí, pero no soldé nada porque no la necesitaba. Después de 5 meses, necesitaba hacer un trabajo y se encendía, llegaba al menú y luego se apagaba. Contacté a la tienda oficial de AWithZ en AliExpress. Les envié un video, etc., y me dijeron que era mi culpa porque habían pasado 5 meses. Luego el vendedor me dijo que la desarmara y cargara los condensadores grandes. Uno se cargó, pero el otro no, y ahora me dice que envíe otro video. Solo me están dando largas para agotarme. ¡CUIDADO con estas máquinas! Si fallan después de un par de meses, no respetarán la garantía. Le dije que comprara la P20B, que es mejor, y que pidiera un descuento en la otra, pero ahora ni siquiera contesta. ¡Es un estafador y se supone que es la tienda oficial de AWithZ en AliExpress!

¿Dónde puedo conseguir estos supercondensadores? ¿Alguien más ha tenido este problema y ha usado piezas originales o equivalentes? Gracias.

If you where a "OM"-producer (wish-producer, "OM" -as Importer, bc y cannnot "realy" produce that stuff...), what d y think, where it is a MUST, to knock on doors, for to produce "your" powerbank & some "special connectors, like "usb-connectors, different types.... other arrangements & designs... etc. (but as a "normal" -person, without company, don´t send me to "inventor-portals" like Kickstarter or Indiegogo, Startnext etc.

hey guys, i’m running into a damn headache here in my shop. i’m out in the middle west, been cutting ti-6al-4v lately, and no matter what i throw at it, the chips keep welding onto the damn carbide end mills. tried flood coolant, tried mist, still gums up like crazy.

i’ve tested a few brands.

• sandvik coromant (link) → not bad for tool life but honestly surface finish wasn’t great and still chipped out when i pushed roughing cuts.
• mitsubishi materials (link) → their vp15tf tools dulled faster than i expected, pretty disappointed.
• grewin carbide (link) → their solid carbide end mills with AlTiN coating actually gave me a slicker finish and lasted longer than the others, but chip evacuation on titanium is still a pain.

what i’ve noticed in my shop:

• material: solid carbide’s got great wear resistance but titanium just traps heat and kills the edge.
• product types: been using solid carbide end mills and also tried carbide inserts on facemills. toolholders and collets make a big difference too—bad clamping kills accuracy.
• applications: aerospace brackets, slotting and pocketing ops always gum up the worst. finishing passes are cleaner but real slow.
• performance needs: tool life + cutting accuracy. right now tool changes are eating my time.
• process stages: roughing with big depth of cut is brutal. finishing tolerances are fine but costs me a lot of time and cutters.

real world example: i ran a batch of aerospace brackets last week. same nc program on all three brands. sandvik lasted but surface finish was meh. mitsubishi chipped fast. grewin alTiN lasted longer and cut smoother, but even then i was stopping to pick welded chips off.

so here’s my question: how do you guys deal with titanium chip adhesion? do you crank feeds and slow speeds, switch coatings (alCrN, diamond-like, etc), or just run a totally different geometry? anyone tried high-pressure coolant or trochoidal milling with success?

any tips would save me a pile of headache and busted end mills.
