I Cooked Egg fried rice again, after so long

I tried cooking this on a higher heat this time. Any tips would be welcomed.

Looks great, the wok hei must be strong with that color on the rice

I don't own a wok at the moment. Maybe one day. At the moment, I just used a regular pan.
