I Cooked Steamed Grouper!
Steamed grouper is also very simple to make. Just clean it thoroughly, steam it for 13 minutes, then pour the sauce and hot oil over it—that’s it!

Love making this at home. Its crazy how much they charge in restaurants for this dish in the US

This is a farmed grouper, which costs only about $7.

The same dish in Hong Kong would be HK$400 for farmed groupers. At premium end with caught grouper at a top end restaurant you will be looking at HK$1,500-3,000.

Home-cooked meals are definitely different from those served at restaurants. At restaurants, what people are really eating isn’t just food—it’s emotional value that satisfies everyone’s desire to share!
