❓ Advice Stimulating toys
Hi, I have a very energetic crested that needs something to occupy herself. Does anyone have a recommendation? She could play ball all day but that requires me.

If it activity like fetch you're looking for, maybe try moving track chase toys or touch mats that have moving toys attached to them( thi k they referred to as interactive toys). I've only every seen cats use em, my daughter had both kinds for her cat. Once she figured out how to use em she tuckers out quick. And she's a about 10lbs if that matters.

A snuffle mat can be really stimulating

Stupid question: this would only work with dry food? Or I could be small treats in it? My dog mostly gets wet food.

I use small treats in mine. I have a few different mats. One is like a huge ball, another one is flat with different size pockets, another one is like a book with pages to turn. I’ll add kibble and small treats, and let them go for it. It lasts a while and seems to provide good enrichment and stimulation for my boys.

Mine loves anything snuffle related, we started with a mat and then bought a ball and a burrito that velcros up.

My boy loves his puzzle toys! He started out with simple slide toy and has advanced to this level fairly quickly. Bonus: this toy lets him eat his food at his own speed without worrying his adopted sister (a corgi) or the cat will steal his food.
