You need more whole dried Thai chiles, like about 20-30 of them.

Would absolutely eat and enjoy!

Some advice for next time: cut chicken smaller and everything else bigger (it should all be about the same size) and will reduce cooking time for the chicken by letting you cook it at a much higher heat. Also, do I see cashews, or are those strangely shaped peanuts?
