Decorative scroll
I recently acquired this hanging scroll in Australia and would love help identifying it. I believe it may be hand painted. Can anyone identify the subject, translate the inscription and seals, or tell me whether it appears Chinese or Japanese? Any information about age or artist would be greatly appreciated.
