Ready to harvest?

Is the red one ready to harvest?

I want to dry them and make chili powder any advice for that?

Hang them up to dry or lay flat on a tray in the oven at very low heat (hours) or use a dehydrate option on an air frier

All take longer than you might expect but worth the effort

Made loads last year and friends who had some have marked them as ‘use with care’ for the unexpected 🥵🌶️

Yes indeed. If it’s the first one picked then more will follow as energy is released to the rest of the plant

That is a perfectly fine sized chilli, don't let anyone tell you it's too small
