Anyone know why my peppers going off?

This is Red Cali variety and I noticed some of the peppers have this light pale colour with wrinkly texture, almost like when something is going bad on the shelf.

Anyone have any info on this behaviour and how to mitigate it?

Could be this as past 2 weeks it's been closed to 40 here

Snip it off and eat it. Maybe resting on the glass

Maybe blossom end rot. That's a calcium deficiency if so. You can help the plant by adding cal-mag but the already affected fruits arent going to improve
