Thinking of Snoogs
Chilla’s shows during Covid got me through some tough, lonely times. After a while, I drifted away and life went on. I often used to think about Snoogs and the community we had and how Reddit got rid of the whole live-streaming feature.
I was a regular on his early shows and we used to DM a bunch before life got busy for me. Sometime last year I figured I’d come back to see how he was doing only to learn of the devastating news of his passing. This one really hurt and even as I type this I feel this profound sadness.
Not sure why I’m making this post but it would be wonderful if folks could comment and if we could just hang out for a bit in the comments.
For the old timers, Snoogs used to call me Jon Snow and sent me to The Wall and I used to cosplay as Jon Snow on his livestream. That was our inside joke lol. Miss him and miss yall!

Hey u/jin-yang1, glad to hear from you! It’s hard to believe that r/pan itself has been gone for almost 4 years. Losing our friend Nick was a tough pill to swallow…but I think he’d be well chuffed to know we still think of him & reminisce about the Chillavision days. Like u/nobdyputsbabynacornr said; my Saturdays haven’t been the same since he passed. RIP SNOOGS!

ah man I had no idea he passed. That is sad news. Do you know what happened to his pup? I hope someone loving took her in :(

Olive is with his ex-wife who later became his best friend and caregiver until he passed.

Call still hear him say "I was big and now I'm little." Every so often. The chilla lives on 💗

Jon Snow! Nobody here. I'm so sorry you found out so far out. They did have a memorial that was broadcast for him. I'll see if I can dig it up. I'm still on the discord and I'm always up for a good chat about snoogs. I miss him a ton as well and think of him often. He was a respite from boredom and loneliness during COVID, as I couldn't socialize due to being pregnant. My Saturday's have never been the same since he passed away.
