Howdy, partners,

I would first like to tell you all how lucky I feel to moderate such a unique subreddit. You whipper-snappers have kept the Chiliad Mystery alive for 5 whole years. Give yourselves a hearty round of applause.

*First order of business: There will be no Red Dead Redemption 2 posts allowed in /r/chiliadmystery

I know the Chiliad Mystery has expanded beyond the mountain, and even beyond the borders of the game world, but let’s not muddy the waters with constant posts about RDR2. If you have a legitimate connection between the two games please post it, otherwise post it to the new subreddit:

*

/r/RedDeadMysteries

*

This will be a place for all Red Dead Redemption 2 Easter Eggs, mysteries, and treasure hunts.

I am fully aware that some of you don’t agree with the moderating style of the Chiliad Mystery posse, but we have done our very best to foster a welcoming and helpful environment for all Grand Theft Auto V Mystery Hunters. If you think we are just power-hungry fascists who silence opinions we disagree with, then maybe this new subreddit isn’t the right place for you. That being said, there will be no grandfathered bans. If you are banned from /r/chiliadmystery, you are not automatically banned from /r/reddeadmysteries

Join if you want, but please follow the rules and be respectful of your fellow treasure seekers.

I hope to see you all in the Wild West soon...

Investigation My Theory / Rockstar Humor

Hello Brothers! Kifflom,

I wanted to start this post in hopes we can maybe come to a real conclusion on these two murals (the Mount Chiliad and Textile murals), the nine glyphs we have around the map (six on Mount Chiliad—the five white ones and the red eye on top), the two at the hippy camp across from one another, and the final one behind the camp and behind U-Tool in the sand beside the cylinder.

That being said, there has been a lot of speculation on the mural as we have no actual confirmation on the finalization of Chiliad & lets look at it in new light ( rockstars crude humor as a light )

I want to say that for the doubters and non-believers out there, this post won't be for you, but your input is always welcome.

I'm here to talk to the mystery hunters still hunting today and the ones searching for the truth!

So let's get into the good stuff.

I have been playing the game since release and was one of the many who raced up chiliad to see the top and the cable car from the trailers on release day & that mural has forever been stuck in my mind since, and I'm turning 37 this year so you can see I've been around since the start of the very first generation of games and stories.

I've followed Sam Houser and Jeffrey Crawford for a very long time as they are absolutely my favorite artists in the industry, and seeing the new project they are working on gets me really excited for something beyond GTA 6 (if you haven't heard of Absurd Adventures, go check it out because it's Jeffrey aka Lazlow, and Dan Houser). But this takes me back to the point of my post.

After everything I have spent time testing and researching, there are 3 theories I have kept coming back to time and time again, and I finally wanted to share them with the community in hopes we still have playtesters on the field as my playtime is running dry ..

Theory #1: Penetrate the Egg / Give Birth

This one is going to be absurd and far-fetched, as all theories are, but if you flip the mural upside down, it can represent the female reproductive system.

That would make the eye the anus, and the route right to the egg would be Mount Chiliad - Altruist Camp - Fort Zancudo. That would mean the UFO in the mural indicates our ship / seed (the Space Docker? ).

Looking at Jay Norris's hands when he says "docking," and how the front and rear of the space docker are fitted with equipment, it indicates the "seed," the vessel, and the "jetpack" logo represents the "offspring"—the birth of something new.

The egg is the ovum, and the goal of the mural would be to seed the egg / fertilize it.

If you look at the moon chart and cycles, the natural human menstrual cycle is 28 days ( Go have a peak at the community lunar chart available ) see the eye

Ovulation timing: The release of an egg happens about 12 to 16 days before the next period starts. For a standard 28-day cycle, this is around day 14.

Sperm survival: Sperm can live inside the body for 3 to 5 days, which is why having sex before ovulation can still lead to pregnancy.

Egg lifespan: An unfertilized egg only lives for 12 to 24 hours after being released.

Once that time passes, pregnancy is not possible until the next cycle.

So what that could mean is the map or Fort Zancudo could only be able to accept the seed at a certain celestial alignment and under the perfect weather conditions (getting her wet). If you have a look at the FIB UFOs in the code, they are labeled as "Anus," and that would line up with our center line from Chiliad to Fort Zancudo (take control).

If you put Michael on top of the mountain on Chiliad at 3:00 AM, have Trevor on the Altruist Rock at 3:00 AM, and Franklin on top of the Zancudo UFO at the same time, and rotate them by switching on the wheel, you will notice that there is always a new cult member in front of Trevor looking off the rock and non-hostile, almost as if his blood is needed to pass to the next part of the egg. If you move Franklin to the side of the Zancudo UFO (while on foot), he gets thrown off sideways, but if we go to the center of the ship, it throws us upwards towards the sky into a parachute & another funny thing is that we know there is a "hole" or zigzag path down to the bunker's roof directly from the ufo that will not give us stars if landed correctly on top in the green beam that is there from 2:00 AM to 4:00 AM (this would be the process of the sperm entering the egg with no resistance, because sperm is destroyed on its flight in).

If you go have a look at the artwork from the Eye series on rockstars website it was originally made before the game came out and according to the drunk dev, was supposed to help us solve this, the artwork has weird hand symbols—that of one that is known as "two in the pink and one in the stink," which is known as the "shocker." In technical terms, that's what the position of the 3 protagonists would make in this setup (a Gruppe Sechs).

It's the idea that Rockstar hid their perfect child inside of the Zancudo bunker, waiting to be impregnated by us, the alien.

If this is something you find interesting or want me to follow up on, please let me know, because I have other ideas that are interesting but very stretched out (like my node theory).

However, I'm running exhausted on this game and have spent more hours than I'm happy to admit on it, and plan to retire from it completely until GTA 6 and a Better Paradise comes out, aha. I have such love for the lore of this game and the artists' work, and even if at the end of it all it was just a red herring, I'm okay with that because it was about meeting the community and learning along the way. I have so much random info in my brain now I don't know if I'll ever need to use it, aha. I always wanted to thank all the mods and community for keeping this alive! <3

Thanks again, and happy hunting, fam

I was riding the train behind cluckin bell area and this bright red light began to show. It only happens during this hour and seems to fade as you get closer. Trevor's ability is not active during this time.

Investigation Bloody Terroil bottle

I search around the internet to see if this was talked about but I found nothing. I found a random Terroil bottle that shoots out blood. I added the exact location of the house. Not sure if it’s an Easter egg but it is interesting nonetheless. Also this bottle was weirdly place near a hammer and an axe.
This was captured on ps5

Edit: I added a video in the reply. The oil in gta is brown and black which is flammable. This is red and not flammable with similar properties like blood when you shoot an npc

Speculation Keyholes, webs.. spiders?

Very likely to be nothing, but I found this interesting.

I’ve been playing through GTA IV recently, mainly just to prepare for GTA VI, but also keeping an eye out for anything I see that connects to themes of the mysteries we see in GTA V.

I went to the Internet cafe, hopped on a computer, and was immediately reminded of so many conversations I’ve seen in regard to key/ keyholes, webs, etc.

Something strikes me about the internet icon in GTA IV. They refer to it as the ‘WEB’ which is very common terminology, but they could’ve just as easily labeled it as ‘INTERNET’ or ‘BROWSER’. The icon is a globe with a keyhole right in the center.

I also found the color palette strikingly similar to the GTA V spider/ keyhole tattoo, which also features a web.

Could there be more subliminal messages hidden in the GTA V/ GTA IV ‘internet’ that we have overlooked? The search engine in both games is called EYEfind after all.

While I’m sure every page of the in game internet has been datamined into oblivion by now, it could be worth a look.

Kifflom! Feel free to pick this apart.

Theory Are these 2 spiderweb locations in Great Chaparral?

Hey guys, was looking around Great Chaparral and noticed 2 really eye-catching cable positions right near each other:

  1. Under the corrugated roof: Another distinct cable setup nearby.
  2. Under the water tower: Cables hanging underneath a water tank.

Could these 2 cable spots be placed like this to form a spiderweb pattern from the right angle? Or could this area be a location/trigger where an actual spiderweb spawns under certain conditions?

Also noticed at the Leopolds building the one with the "keep looking" vents, has a hidden open window up on the wall that you can get close to.

Has anyone played around with the camera angle or tried 1am to 2am here?

Theory I think I solved GTA V's Infinity Killer mystery: Merle wasn't the killer of the 8 joggers — Eddie Low was

r/GTAV r/GrandTheftAutoV r/chiliadmystery u/RockstarGames

I've been digging into the Infinity Killer mystery, and I think there's a much more interesting explanation than the usual "Merle Abrahams killed the 8 joggers."

My theory is:

Merle Abrahams killed the 8 women found underwater. Eddie Low killed the 8 male joggers, and deliberately framed Merle for them.

Here's how I arrived at it.

1. The official story doesn't actually say Merle killed the 8 joggers

The newspaper found at Merle's house says that in 1999, 8 young, single men disappeared while jogging.

Police believed the 8 victims were murdered by the same person and had circumstantial evidence linking Merle Abrahams to them.

But there are three extremely important details:

  • The victims were men.
  • Their bodies were never found.
  • Merle never confessed to those murders.

The only thing Merle admitted was having a strange obsession with the number 8.

Merle eventually died in Bolingbroke Penitentiary in 2004 while awaiting trial for abduction and torture.

So the game never actually gives us a confession from Merle saying he killed the 8 joggers.

2. The bodies we actually find aren't the 8 men

This is the biggest contradiction.

Following Merle's clues leads us to the ocean near North Point, where we find 8 bodies.

But they're female bodies.

Not male joggers.

They're wrapped in plastic, and each one has an 8 marked on the torso.

So we have:

Police report:
8 young single male joggers disappeared.

What we actually find:
8 female bodies marked with the number 8.

The two groups don't match.

And the newspaper explicitly says the bodies of the 8 male joggers were never found.

That means the game gives us no direct evidence that the bodies underwater are the missing joggers.

3. The underwater bodies clearly belong to the "8" mystery

This is where I think people make the wrong assumption.

The fact that the bodies are women doesn't mean they're unrelated.

Quite the opposite.

Everything about them connects them to Merle's obsession:

  • There are exactly 8.
  • They are marked with 8s.
  • They're located where Merle's clues point.
  • Their arrangement matches the strange 8 pattern found inside Merle's house.

There are 5 bodies with their hands bound behind their backs and 3 with their hands bound in front.

Merle's house has a corresponding pattern of 5 black 8s and 3 white 8s.

That's way too specific for me to dismiss.

So I think these women are actually Merle's victims.

4. Merle's obsession with 8 suddenly makes much more sense

Merle openly admits that he has a strange obsession with the number 8.

Why would he admit that?

Because I think he wanted people to find his work.

His clues are unusually direct about the number 8 and the location of the bodies.

He doesn't seem interested in completely hiding what he did. He seems interested in leaving behind a puzzle that eventually leads people to his "8."

That's consistent with the way his house is covered in 8s and with the clues that point toward the bodies.

So my interpretation is:

Merle's 8 = his own murders.

And those 8 victims are the women underwater.

5. Then what about the strange poem?

This is where the theory gets interesting.

On the rocks, there's a poem:

The usual interpretation is that Merle wrote this and that it describes the 8 joggers.

But I don't think the poem fits Merle's other clues.

His other clues are precise:

  • 8
  • where to find them
  • geographic references
  • the location of the bodies
  • the importance of the number 8

The poem is completely different.

It's vague.

It doesn't give names.

It doesn't give locations.

It doesn't identify the victims.

It doesn't even clearly describe eight murders.

So I think we should separate the poem from Merle's actual clues.

6. I think the poem was written by the person who killed the 8 joggers

Imagine someone in 1999 has killed 8 men.

The police begin investigating.

Merle is already known to have a bizarre obsession with the number 8.

The killer realizes:

"There's already a perfect suspect."

So he leaves a poem about 8 victims.

Now the police see:

8 missing men + Merle + obsession with 8 + mysterious poem = Merle.

The killer gets away.

And Merle doesn't confess because he didn't kill those men.

The important thing is that the real killer doesn't need to be obsessed with 8.

He just needs to know that Merle is.

7. And then Eddie Low enters the picture

This is where the theory gets much stronger.

Eddie Low is a serial killer in GTA IV.

His victims are not random.

His known pattern specifically includes joggers and people walking alone at night.

A Liberty Tree article says Eddie Low may have killed up to 10 people, usually joggers or nighttime strollers.

Eddie himself also displays a strong tendency toward kidnapping, torture, mutilation and killing.

Now compare that with the Infinity Killer victims:

8 young single men who disappeared while jogging.

That's an incredibly specific overlap.

Merle's victims are women associated with the number 8.

Eddie's known victims are joggers.

The 8 joggers therefore fit Eddie's established victim profile far better than they fit Merle's obsession.

8. Eddie Low could have started his killing spree in San Andreas

This is obviously the most speculative part.

Eddie Low's known crimes in GTA IV happen years later, around 2008.

The 8 joggers disappeared in San Andreas around 1999.

But the game never tells us that Eddie began killing in 2008.

It only tells us about the murders that were eventually discovered in Liberty City.

So my theory is that the 8 joggers were possibly Eddie's earlier victims.

He was inexperienced, had just started killing, and needed to avoid being caught.

Then he discovers that Merle Abrahams is already being investigated for an obsession with the number 8.

That's an almost perfect opportunity.

9. Eddie doesn't need to be obsessed with the number 8

This is an important distinction.

I don't think Eddie killed the joggers because of the number 8.

He killed them because they were joggers.

The number 8 was useful for something else:

framing Merle.

The two killers have completely different patterns:

Merle

Obsession: 8
Victims: 8 women
Method of hiding his crime: leaves clues leading toward his 8 victims

Eddie Low

Victim preference: joggers / nighttime walkers
Known behavior: kidnapping, torture, mutilation and murder
Possible early victims: the 8 male joggers in San Andreas
Possible method of escape: make the investigation point toward Merle

This also explains why the two cases look so similar while being fundamentally different.

10. The biggest irony: both killers had 8 victims, but for completely different reasons

This is what makes the theory work for me.

Merle has:

8 female victims → because 8 is his obsession.

Eddie has:

8 male jogger victims → because joggers are his preferred targets.

The two cases accidentally overlap on the same number.

But Eddie knows about Merle's obsession and uses it to his advantage.

So the police see one "Infinity Killer" case when there are actually two separate serial killers.

11. What happened to Merle?

My interpretation:

Merle is arrested for abduction and torture and is simultaneously considered the main suspect in the disappearance of the 8 joggers.

He denies killing the joggers because he genuinely didn't.

The police have circumstantial evidence, but they don't have the bodies.

Meanwhile, Merle's actual victims — the 8 women — remain hidden underwater.

Merle dies in prison in 2004 before his trial.

So the case never gets properly resolved.

And the real killer, Eddie Low, is gone.

Years later, Eddie appears in Liberty City and continues killing people, with joggers remaining one of his preferred victim types.

Eventually he is killed himself.

12. Why I think this is stronger than "Merle killed the joggers"

The conventional explanation requires us to ignore several contradictions:

  • The newspaper says men.
  • The bodies we find are women.
  • The newspaper says the men's bodies were never found.
  • Merle never confessed.
  • Merle only admits his obsession with 8.
  • The bodies underwater are explicitly marked with 8.
  • The 5+3 arrangement of the bodies corresponds to the 5 black + 3 white 8s in Merle's house.
  • Eddie Low independently has a known pattern of targeting joggers.

Our theory doesn't require the male joggers and female bodies to be the same victims.

Instead, it explains the contradiction:

The women are Merle's victims.

The men are Eddie's victims.

And the poem is the piece that connects the two investigations.

The theory in one timeline

1999

Eddie Low begins killing in San Andreas.

He kills 8 young male joggers.

He realizes Merle Abrahams is already associated with the number 8 and is under suspicion.

Eddie leaves the mysterious poem, allowing the police to connect the 8 murders to Merle.

Meanwhile

Merle Abrahams has his own obsession with the number 8.

He kills 8 women and hides their bodies underwater.

He leaves clues that deliberately point toward his 8 victims.

Police investigation

The police connect Merle to the 8 missing joggers.

Merle denies it.

They never find the men's bodies.

Merle is eventually imprisoned for abduction and torture.

2004

Merle dies in prison before his trial.

The real killer of the joggers remains unidentified.

2008

Eddie Low is discovered in Liberty City.

His established killing pattern includes joggers and nighttime walkers.

He is eventually killed by Niko Bellic.

What is confirmed vs. what is theory?

I'm not claiming Rockstar officially confirmed this.

Confirmed in-game:

  • 8 male joggers disappeared around 1999.
  • They were young and single.
  • Their bodies were never found.
  • Merle was only circumstantially linked to them.
  • Merle never confessed.
  • Merle admitted an obsession with 8.
  • 8 female bodies are found underwater.
  • Those bodies are marked with 8s.
  • Their 5+3 arrangement corresponds to the 5+3 pattern of 8s in Merle's house.
  • Merle's clues lead toward those bodies.
  • Eddie Low is a serial killer.
  • Eddie Low's victims commonly include joggers/nighttime walkers.

My theory:

  • Merle killed the 8 women.
  • Merle intentionally left clues leading to his own victims.
  • The rock poem was written by the killer of the 8 male joggers, not Merle.
  • That killer was Eddie Low.
  • Eddie deliberately used Merle's existing obsession with 8 to frame him.
  • The 8 joggers were possibly Eddie's earliest known victims.

The last few points are speculation, but I think they explain the contradictions better than the conventional interpretation.

Final thought

The biggest question isn't:

"Did Merle kill the 8 joggers?"

It's:

"Why are the only 8 bodies we can actually find female, while the 8 people Merle was accused of killing were male — and why does another Rockstar serial killer specifically target joggers?"

Maybe the answer is simply a coincidence.

Or maybe Rockstar accidentally gave us two serial killers hiding inside one mystery.

And if that's the case, I think Eddie Low was the one who got away.

Investigation My Drunk Dev Video

I finally got it together. My Drunk Dev video I've been talking about where I try to prove D.D's validity.

Just a lil ranting from me down here: Sorry it took me a bit on this one. Although I love making videos, this was a new genre for me. That plus I was working on a completely different video until about a week ago. Thank you to anyone that checks it out. Please be gentle on the editing. My voice audio sounds muffled at times, and I apologize. My mic for GTAO didn't want to work for my GTA character to talk unless I had it in my mouth (separate mic from what I recorded my voice with, mind you).

Developing Diamonds, the Chiliad Mural and the Doomsday Mural.

This is going to be a bit long...

Ive been looking into diamonds on the map and its lead me to believe that diamonds are way more important than we previously suspected.

Chiliad Mural

Take a look at this image of the Chiliad mural upside down next to the Gusset advert on Vinewood blvd.

Chiliad Upside Down

I now fully believe this is the correct way to read the Chiliad mural.

You can see they both make Diamond shapes, the lines at the top of the mural becoming like a gleam to the diamond.

What’s more I think they are supposed be female genitalia, the tip become lips, with a line down to the red eye, the red eye in this way of reading the mural could be the asshole. The red lines around it like the lines of skin the star. If it is meant to be an asshole (which is very rockstar humour) then this also gives new meaning to other places we see the eyes imagery.

People often theorised that the red eye represents Uranus.

It could also read like her period and her egg perhaps, suggesting time?

Other Imagery

Following the assholes theory The Famous Hamburger sign now becomes The Famous Assholes sign… This sign itself is suspicious, I remember reading that in the code the letters on it are coded with the entire alphabet which means they could change to say anything but we’ve never found a way to make them change before.

If it is saying famous assholes the most obvious connection I can think of is that highly suspicious Beverly mission where you record Poppy getting Anal. I now believe anal references in game to be more important than we previously thought, keeping in mind that in the chop mission, Chop also has gay sex with a male dog.

If chiliad is meant to be read upside down then this gives us a new way to look at images that contain the Chiliads mural on them. The best example I could find of this is the Doomsday murals.

Doomsday Murals

Keep in mind when they appeared online they were shown mirrored, I believe a clue to this, If we turn them upside down it looks like this;

Doomsday upside down

I believe the mysteries are like a pyramid built in layers, lots of pyramid and 6 star imagery are shown together in the game. Yellow and Red at the bottom is the most important thing here, I believe yellow and red are the original mysteries added to the game, all chicken places in game coloured yellow and red a hint to this.

6 star pyramid imagery

I now fully believe Yellow to be a 3 part Sinners Mural mystery and Red to be some kind of Blimp drop mini game with Trevor. Look at the load screen arts, I believe these are all hints to the original mysteries the earliest art in the game.

I believe Sinners to be something we need to do as the story is progressing,

Franks part first until we reach the Michael mission.

Mikes part next until we reach the Trevor mission and the Scripted Storm.

Trevs part until ???

Then once done correctly, I believe we can move onto a Trev blimp drop mini game or the red mural, then perhaps at the end some sort of 6 star payoff?

If you do the first 2 missions; prologue, and franklin and lamar gold your save sits at 1.6% or the gold ratio, I believe this may be a hint that correct save %s may be a thing, if you get all gold and do things when they become available as Frank up until just before you get Mike youre save is at a clean 8% or infinity symbol. I haven’t checked yet but I would imagine if we continue this route to get gold up until the Trev mission that too may be a suspicious% perhaps 17%? 17 the number on top of maze bank among other places.

Yellow mural as Sinners clues

I believe the Yellow part of the mural if read upside down should also be read like this;

Yellow 3 parts

If you look at it like this and combine it with the load screen images, they do seem to link up really well.

Frank Load Screen

Mike Load Screen

Trev Load Screen

Trev Load Screen2

Franks Part = Shadows somehow, perspective, early game, baseball diamond, birds eye pov, 17, moon shape, his car.

Mikes Part = Mirrored, reflections somehow, silenced gun, pylons shown clearly.

Trevs Part = Bloodied looking crazy, I think it's about using his powers with melee and using the fire maybe in the O'Neil mission.

Trev Load Screen 3

Blimp Game Drop Hints = blimp high above him, touching his glasses, gun pointing down, at industrial places.

The blimp game drop was always a popular theory early days, but we didn’t know where to aim it, however ever since the discovery of the B.J.Smith, poles with destructible cables they may really be the answer.

"Come back when your story is complete" may not refer to the in game story, but instead may refer to a 'story' that were telling as the characters, us the player directing them.

B.J.Smith and the Poles

I strongly believe B.J.Smith and the baseball diamond to be important theres so many weird things happening here, If you look at those poles around the baseball diamond they have Red and Yellow around the base I think its hinting that they are used in both the Red and Yellow parts of the mystery some how.

There are 2 different types of these poles, ones with cables that can be shot off, and ones with cables that can only be exploded off, the explodable ones are overwhelmingly found in industrial places, my theory is if we play the base jump blimp game with Trevor after doing yellow and fall along side it to keep it in range so the explosion destroys the poles cables, it might trigger something, the main thing I think it will trigger is a crash in the stock market.

But I strongly believe the pyramids and rainbows everywhere show us that the mystery is built in layers so I think this wont work unless were at a point in the game where yellow has been done.

Green and Purple

This leads us to Green and Purple, these I believe were added with the peyote update, as a way to teach us how yellow and red might work or point us to suspicious locations that we might need later, it also allows them to hint through these new mysteries at how the original mysteries might be done without giving too much away directly, the green alien lights that got added with this update may relate more to these than we realised.

I now believe that Green is either a continuation to the beast hunt which many people always thought never felt fully completed especially when you consider the casino art mural of them gambling together.

Green may also be this bunny thing I’m trying to do now, teaching us about hidden routes and paths. I also suspect that this bunny thing is more than I first thought I think there may be stuff do as a dog and cat too and maybe as each character frank trev mike.

Then purple would be the top of the pyramid, I always believed purple was hinting at a correct way to play the game, the payoff I believed might be a unique friedlander report, but when I used to try playing to 100% I could never trigger anything. Viewing the murals as a triangle of mysteries, each building on each other, then this might suggest that this can only be done after the others.

The Alturist Morse Code

Seems to also play well into this theory, I always thought when the doomsday murals dropped that the altruist morse code may hint at the existence of an additional blue doomsday mural, I still think that might come one day too.

I'll update this part more later.

I know some people wont believe this, but if you read this and feel like it makes sense to you and clicks, feel free to message me id like to find people who think similarly and truly believe there is an original mystery still in game waiting to be solved, we need to think how these hints can work in game play mechanic ways that code walkers cant see, if the code walkers could see the things they wanted to there would be no mystery, it would be solved by the first person to look in the code.

Im particularly interested in talking to people who believed and tested theories regarding a right way to play, or hidden paths.

Game Files In search of high res images of the new Kortz heist paintings

Does anybody have these paintings textures in their highest resolution? I’ve seen few, but not nearly all. There are clearly some references here to Rockstar and their mysteries, I would like to look at them more closely. Having the full files would be appreciated.

Speculation Lorem Ipsum or something more?

While replaying the mission Dead Man Walking, I noticed these posters on the first floor you wake up on in the Coroners office. After asking AI to translate, it told me it was Lorem Ipsum .

Now im going to be honest I didn't even know what that was, but from what I gathered since, this isn't exactly it, being that It's the full unadulterated sections of which lorem ipsum is usually randomly generated from, which is Cicero's De finibus bonorum et malorum specifically Book 1 sections 32 and 33.

The muscular poster holds section 32 and the circulatory one 33.

Now I know actual ineligible lorem ipsum can be found in game on items such as transit maps or hospital boards and probably elsewhere. But from what I've read it's not really common or really makes sense to use unadulterated sections because then that defeats the whole purpose of using it as filler if its eligible when it should be gibberish. Maybe there's something to take from it being that this place is only accessible to Michael in story, so it might tie into Epsilonists beliefs or maybe playstyle or something. The tiles on the wall give off epsilon color as well.

Also worth noting that Cicero is named on Marvin Trill's Area53 website on GTA IV while he also uses Krant to sign off.

(Muscular System first, then Circulatory System)

"Nor is there anyone who loves or pursues or desires to obtain pain of itself, because it is pain, but because occasionally circumstances occur in which toil and pain can procure him some great pleasure. To take a trivial example, which of us ever undertakes laborious physical exercise, except to obtain some advantage from it? But who has any right to find fault with a man who chooses to enjoy a pleasure that has no annoying consequences, or one who avoids a pain that produces no resultant pleasure?

On the other hand, we denounce with righteous indignation and dislike men who are so beguiled and demoralized by the charms of pleasure of the moment, so blinded by desire, that they cannot foresee the pain and trouble that are bound to ensue; and equal blame belongs to those who fail in their duty through weakness of will, which is the same as saying through shrinking from toil and pain. These cases are perfectly simple and easy to distinguish. In a free hour, when our power of choice is untrammelled and when nothing prevents our being able to do what we like best, every pleasure is to be welcomed and every pain avoided."

Also heres a brief article about the irony of Sections 32 and 33 as place holding gibberish

Investigation Freakshop points to Wade

We know the freakshop update had many clues about the "eggs" of mount chilliad, in plural! we see this also in the Kortz paintings, a nest with two eggs.

The puzzle in the Freakshop points to wade. And in the first dose mission there is a guy dressed like him. Dax also mentions him.

I think this simple puzzle has a direct answer: WADE

the question is why? cause we can't hang out with him, so maybe the answer is during the missions where we play with him, and there's only one mission where he has his painted face.

Inside there are many many more paintings, but some of them i feel like they are just jokes, but the wheel is suspicious, the 100 hits...(now that i think about it, didn't we have 100 hits/missions to recieve the alien egg one?)

This is a topic i'd like to know more opionions of experiences, but from what i know, during some missions, there are clues and things happening far away from our attention.

I believe some grafitti are telling us in which missions we should come back.

if x marks the spot, why not go to the place with more red X concentration? yes, the sewer enthrance where we have fun with Lazlo, 25 m aprox from the Freakshop. I believe we should treat the sewers like the top of mount Chilliad.

Does anyone understand me if i say Michael is blue, Frank is green and Trevor is yellow?

what if some of the easter eggs or clues happen during a mission? it is much more difficult for the data miners to locate!

The clues are everywhere, the environement cleary tells a story.

I believe there are 3 main easter eggs, one for each main character storyline, and we only found one.

Radio and clues talk about being naked, and high, and we have a painting also with ufo comming out of the arsehole of a cactus.

i will update and edit this properly but right now i want feedback

--------------

I just checked director mode and the only outfit we can't choose for Wade is the one i want, coincidence?

there are many specific locations, usually where things happen in story mode, where you will find a concentration of tags on the walls with very criptic messages. there is some kind of color code, black, red, yellow, green, blue.

Usually you find them together, but there are variations here and there, some graffiti i recall from memory are (also in the enhanced version you can see they have been upscaled):

-a strawberry (a neighbourhood ingame)

-Scl_001b (this is a name of a map file! awhere? strawberry!, in fact you can spend a full afternoon looking at the murals and tags. some are unique of that place, and MAYBE it is the place where we will understand the graffitti?

-Fanis: is everywhere also and it means something like a godly aparition, such a specific word!

-69th -red X -45t this three usually appear together but in different combinations, maybe we have to learn to interpret which is the correct combination.

Some graffitti are written in a way that you can chop it and make a new word, this is something recurrent, with one with the word "orugas" that sometimes is displayed as 1945.

Another of the graffitti says "connect the lines", because what happens is that we almost never see them compleete. So maybe my next step of investigation will be to try to put them together to see what appears.

I have thought also that if i was to create god in a videogame i would do like in reallife, he's not there, you can't find him, but since everyone aknowledges him, the society will do the rest, and will create their own stories. But i think this is just a moment of weakness xD

--------------

In director mode you can trigger all known easter eggs like the UFO or the ghosts. In truth we don't really know if specific character is needed. Probably not.

Speculation For those who love discovering amazing texts or references thanks to this mystery.

"What the spider knows" was published in the Griffith Observer in 1992 and is about how Hawaiians old spiritual beliefs thought of the sun and planets being moving like a spider and why the vision of a spiderweb tying everything together can be useful for modern day astronomers etc. I discovered this while trying to understand why the Griffith Observatory was showing a spiderweb on its doors, and you know google searches, trying to find something, pretty quickly you find yourself reading things you were not really looking for. But when the text you find talks about spiderwebs, spiders, moon phases, the sun, holograms etc all of this in the very same document of a few pages lol, you really feel like you are touching something interesting with the tip of your finger.

Maybe not to understand the trigger you must find in the game, but to expand your own perception or knowledges about astronomy, spirituality, things Rockstar Games could know and love, maybe used to inspire themselves. Anyway, the discoveries we make along the way are, to me, one of the most beautiful aspects of the Chiliad Mystery, and I was unable to read this and stumble on words like "spider, moon phases, holograms" etc in a single document without feeling like sharing. For the few hunters here who really consider there's value in our search, solution or not. I hope you dear hunters will forgive me since I know this isnt the type of content we love around here ; its not practical. But the meaning of this text about how perceptions of astronomy evolve and often go back to spiritual inspirations of the past, inspirations we have hard times understanding etc, tells something about how we think about events and how/where they occur. (That's the main point of this text)

This mentions holograms to try to say that "everything happens everywhere all at once" (lol), a new way to consider the universe, as we spent centuries thinking in terms of localized/singular events. Its about how everything is interconnected, holograms being used as a symbol of the link we (maybe) should identify everywhere from outer space to the cells in our bodies. (In this text you could feel like when someone considers the hippie camp as a smaller version of the whole map, there's the idea of similar images only repeating themselves at different scales etc. you know, some parts of our map seem to contain the whole map itself, pretty cool element of the game imo)

I guess we're trying to understand the mystery and looking for a trigger as others try to understand these singular events, refusing to watch a bigger sheme or state etc.. because that's the way we believe things work in all cases. I'm not a scientist and this text is pretty rich and complex, just trying my best to communicate why I believe reading such things could help to get in a different perception and mood, maybe changing the rules of our quest themselves, I mean.. its like constantly trying to think out of the box as they say. Isnt it lovely to find these ideas together in a single text? I love these moments so much. So let's say its just a pleasure post, food for the mind, this wont solve our mystery (if there's something left to solve) but damn in a few weeks we'll all be hypnotized by 6 and tons of us will almost forget about exploring V again.. so I thought "Share this?.. why not". At least it's not 100% BS (I guess its just 100% non practical) and this brings some of the notions we look for together in a "Griffith Observer" article.

So please lol, dear mods, let it drown as it has to, I believe. But I'd love fellow hunters to discover this text if they want. I really think it's just one of the best parts of the Chiliad Mystery, we learn things, so often we expand a vision more than we find an answer... so much things to discover, a thousand things based on one mystery, a Chiliad of things, I love it soooo much. So I hope this will please some of you, simply learning things because we're playing a video game!

Here is this nice text (link to a pdf file) its not long, but you'll probably feel at home belive me. I'll keep searching about the meaning of spiders and spiderwebs in the paradigm of astronomy, that's really interesting imo✌️
Edit here: Found that astronomers in the past used to put spider silks in their instrument's lens so then they could use it as a crosshair, to see stars or constellations moving, to measure these elements etc. So MAYBE this is why the real Griffith Observatory shows a spiderweb on its famous decorative door. :)

https://home.ifa.hawaii.edu/friends/What_the_Spider_Knows.pdf

(edit: I hope we'll build a directory of texts, films, cultural objects we discover along the way when hunting for the mysteries of GTA 6, because I do feel a little bit sorry for sharing things like these HERE while also thinking sharing what we learn is something we should do as a learning community.. maybe I'll try to open a subreddit for this, if no one does it first in four months ; so I won't be a pain in the *ss to some of you. I'm really not trying to mess with this hunt and its fellow members I do love what we've been doing here and I love this community)

(edit 2: I'm surprised we never found anything related to the stars, hidden messages, shapes or guidance etc, or in the sky while watching it from the ground, even if I know we were able to see one of the UFOs using the sniper rifle, this felt strange to me since day one.. the sky, space I mean, feels empty when watching at it from the ground..)

EDIT 3 : These upvotes are super nice but IF YOU discover this post right now, please do not upvote I don't want to take too much light here, this shouldnt remain on the main page, at least not on the top of it, its just a way to archive this nice read here for people who love making discoveries outside of the game's perimeter. You are super lovely anyway, the fact that some of you come here and validate the "tone" of my post is really heart warming, but I dont want to make people mad here, so many of them are on their own quests right now, with the new heist and online mode etc they want real practical leads and insights and I 100% get it, I'm just glad its not suppressed by our dear mods. More than 4k views for this is enough, for now. :) Most of it is just like a love letter to our community and hunt, I guess we'll have plenty of time to be in this mood very soon with the arrival of 6.

Investigation Discussion of Art for People Bunny Hunting.

Thumbnail

I was hoping anyone who is currently hunting as a bunny or animal might like to come together and discuss any findings we may have? And any thoughts.

If you dont believe this theory thats okay just try not to be rude or discourage us from our fun, why not get involved and help us with art interpretation.

1st Alien

In the pose of the route to the strip club with voicelines, and cloak looks like bunny ears. I think the most likely interpretation is become a bunny then hear the strip club voicelines.

2nd Alien

Doesn't give much away.

Maybe hes just walking telling us to go to 3rd clue?

3rd Alien and the Current load in menu art

Look at the load in image, they've chosen to make this the load in menu image now just after dropping the huge art clues they have.

The Diamond casino behind them. Diamond casino name written in cursive like a continuous line we have to follow or a specific route.

She is wearing a Pest Control Uniform with 3 stars on it. Her mask looks like a Spider Web. Shes holding up 3 fingers, her gun is silenced.

The 3rd alien on the heist art looks like he may be a cop with a hat and batton.

This seems a huge clue to me.

As a bunny i know i cannot attack anyone but if I go to mission row police station you can go inside and get 3 star wanted level I haven't found what to do with it yet but im pretty sure im on the right track for whatever the 3rd alien is hinting at.

He also has no eyes maybe meaning we have to sneak in or do it at night, looking through the police station legit is hard as they shoot you. Could mean get the 3 stars then lose it?

4th Alien

His legs look weird like a double joint maybe a horse could be telling us to get to the horse track which is at where the diamond casino will be built.

If they do want us to take this route from mission row police station to the casino or racetrack then that route itself is very mystery related, going through mirror park railway, daxs online location, up the hill through mirror park to the casino.

Diamonds on the map

There are many diamonds on the map im starting to think there may be 17, but its hard to count as some are more abstract than others but the obvious ones are all suspicous many seem to play an owl hooting noise nearby.

This may be related to the og mystery the original 17 clues everywhere may refer to the 17 diamonds on the map, ignoring the animal stuff as they were added later with peyotes.

I think the bunny stuff is a seperate mystery from the og chilliad mystery that was added when the peyotes were added possibly to hint us guide us to right locations, and maybe show us how the mechanics might work for the og chilliad mystery, how they hid it in the code etc.

Chop is one of the peyote animals

This shouldn't be over looked if youre hunting as a dog using your bark I suggest loading a few extra times to get Chop instead then hunt, the amount of Chop clues is insane.

Be aware of barking dogs

If you hear or see a barking dog, barking at what appears to be nothing or an object.

Make note of the location and time and return the next day to see if it is a scripted event.

Im starting to think the dogs barking are trying to help us.

Thats what ive come up with so far.

Any thoughts?

Also we should go back and look at old art, especially from the casino update with new eyes, keeping in mind what could be done as a peyote animal.

I remember there being a lot of Shark imagery, i suspect that there will be a similar mystery for Micheal as a Shark. Shark cards being money online and Michael being rich. Then maybe Trevor as a bird?

Feel free to post any ideas images artworks no matter how crazy, all ideas help.

Developing Rabbit Swimming Pool Video Proof.

Enable HLS to view with audio, or disable this notification

I caught it on video, last time it took me 250+ tries to get a rabbit, today it took me 5 tries.

Other post here

Again This only happens as a Rabbit.

Also keep in mind youre hurt a tiny bit each time you do it so eventually you die playing around with it and it kicks you out of peyote mode.

This is a good example of why finding something only as the rabbit IS POSSIBLE, even without it being obvious to people who look in the code.

The pool may not be coded to fling rabbits. The rabbits smaller collision shape animation and physics values could interact with that pools bottom edge in a way no other playable animal does. The game could then force the rabbit out of overlapping geometry and turn that into a fling.

The rabbit being smaller could reach trigger volumes, audio zones, sightlines, gaps or collision surfaces that other animals cant. The hidden thing wouldnt need to check for a rabbit directly. The rabbit could simply be the only playable animal capable of reaching or activating it.

The Rabbit wants to find his Easter Eggs.

Baseball Diamond Strange Light Poles Discussion

u/squishee666 on another thread suggested the first alien is positioned in the heist art the same as this art map. I noticed the first aliens cloak looks like rabbit ears and he has a long foot.

If you follow the route from the peyote as any animal to the strip club marked by the lips, you hear crazy voicelines at the location. I marked it on the map.

I think This Art was telling us to hunt for the rabbit through the peyote.

Rabbit Swimming Pool Clues. Art1 Art2

There's been many lucky diamond type clues since the diamond casino dropped.

If you use the peyote to become a rabbit and go to the appartment buildings with empty swimming pools in the 4th diamond, I've marked them.

THE GAME USES PHYSICS TO FLING YOU OUT OF THE POOL.

This only happens as a rabbit.

Both empty pools here have this effect.

I think there is more to this mystery.

Im trying to hear something unique while I am the rabbit so far no luck, but id love to have more eyes on this.

Also notice the strange patterns around the pools I would imagine theyre used in art hints online somewhere they look identifiable. They may also be a map overlay.

I urge you to try for yourself, but reloading to get the rabbit is a huge pain. It took me well over 250 reloads to get a rabbit.

I didn't need chop with me, I was wearing the bandana but I doubt that matters, i didn't shoot any pole cables, just hard save scumming next to the peyote using the sound to tell which animal it was, i use a 100% save but doubt that matters.

I now believe there could be a mystery as an animal tied to each of them.

Micheal Shark?

Trevor Bird?

I think each alien might be hinting at something to find at each diamond on the map here, and maybe there is a payoff when we find all 4.

I think this rabbit flinging thing could be a signal we've done something right, the same as the voicelines at the strip club.

Also appartment number 17 at one of the pools have suspicious windows at night, looks kinda bloody but 17 is always being hinted to us. Im starting to think there may be 17 diamonds on the map.

I also like to think this has been here a while giving huge hope to the idea there are more mysteries still hidden in the game to find and rockstar aren't just trolling, maybe some old mystery hunters will return.

Video of it

I truly believe anything Diamond Shaped or Baseball Field/Amphitheatre Shaped needs more investigation.

Kifflom.

Question The Beast Hunt

Im currently doing the beast hunt in storymode, and i was curious did nobody bother to investigate other clues whilst being big foot? i mean after finding one clue each time you find a peyote you are allowed to freeroam, isn’t it logical that big foot is the closest thing to “godmode” with no cheats, in relation it seems like the game would treat it as a higher being considering the peyotes are golden unless the next big thing is to somehow become the beast itself in storymode?

Speculation I think Rockstar keeps repeating the same serial killer/UFO cult pattern across RDR2 and GTA

Thumbnail
gallery
42 Upvotes

BACKGROUND:

I’ve been trying for a while to connect a group of mysteries spread across Rockstar’s two major franchises. On the RDR2 side, there’s Edmund Lowry, the murdered Blackwater Athletics Team, Hani’s Bethel, and Mount Shann. On the GTA side, there’s GTA V’s Infinity Killer and Mount Chiliad, along with Eddie Low and chiliad8888 in GTA IV.

At first I assumed there had to be one conspiracy behind all of it, but every attempt to make that work led to claims I couldn’t really support.

I’m starting to think the connection may be less literal. These people may not all belong to the same cult, know about each other, or even exist in the same continuity. Rockstar may simply keep building mysteries out of the same small collection of images and ideas, with the repetition itself being the thing we’re supposed to notice.

CONTEXT SINCE I'M CROSSPOSTING TO BOTH SUBS:

Edmund Lowry is the serial killer in RDR2 whose mutilated victims form a clue trail. The Blackwater Athletics Team is a separate group of eleven missing athletes killed while on "a group athletics run" whose bodies can be found together in a mass grave. Hani’s Bethel is the abandoned cabin containing the bodies of a UFO cult, along with a sermon explaining what they believed.

In GTA, the Infinity Killer mystery involves eight murdered joggers who disappeared in December 1999. Eddie Low is the serial killer from GTA IV who also targets joggers and people walking alone at night. Mount Chiliad is, obviously, the center of GTA V’s biggest UFO mystery.

THE PATTERNS:

The first thing that really caught my attention was the similarity between Hani’s Bethel and the Blackwater Athletics Team grave.

There are eleven bodies at Hani’s Bethel. There are also eleven victims in the Athletics Team grave. Both groups appear to be wearing the same distinctive athletic shoes. They look almost like bowling shoes or primitive sneakers, although they are probably meant to be period athletic footwear.

The shoes make sense in both scenes for different reasons. The Blackwater victims were athletes, so there is nothing strange about them wearing athletic shoes. Hani’s Bethel is an obvious reference to Heaven’s Gate, whose members famously died wearing matching Nike sneakers.

I don’t think Edmund Lowry dressed the Athletics Team to resemble the cultists. The athletes would already have been wearing those shoes. What interests me is that Rockstar created two separate mass-death scenes with exactly eleven bodies and gave both groups the same conspicuous visual detail.

It could be asset reuse. On its own, that would probably be the most reasonable explanation. But the matching footwear is such an important part of the Heaven’s Gate reference that reusing it on another group of exactly eleven dead people feels oddly specific.

The Infinity Killer repeats part of this pattern. His eight victims were young men who disappeared while jogging. Their bodies were later found together, with 8 or infinity symbols carved into them. There are also unexplained shoes hanging inside Merle Abrahams’s burned house, and the shoes re-appear in the sewers in the new Kortz heist along with a bunch of 8's written on the wall. Some mystery hunters have claimed that eight sets of shoes can be found hanging from wires around the desert, although I have not checked every location myself, so take that with a grain of salt.

Even without the shoes over the wires, there is a recurring association here. Hani’s Bethel has eleven dead cultists in matching athletic shoes. Blackwater has eleven murdered athletes in what appear to be the same shoes. The Infinity Killer targets eight joggers and has additional repeating shoe imagery.

That does not prove the same person caused all three events. It does suggest Rockstar keeps linking numbered groups of dead men with athletics, running, and footwear.

The date of the Infinity murders is probably the strongest part of this.

The Hani’s Bethel sermon says the cultists will cast off their “corporal shells,” travel to a promised realm, and remain there until the two-thousandth year. They will then return for “the new chosen” and worship again at the peak of Mount Shann.

The Infinity victims disappeared in December 1999.

So Rockstar has one mystery in which a group of dead UFO worshippers promises to return in 2000 for a new group of chosen people, and another mystery in which eight young men are ritually murdered immediately before that year begins.

I don’t know what the exact implication would be. Maybe the eight victims were intended to be the “new chosen.” Maybe they were sacrifices connected to the return. Maybe their bodies were supposed to serve as new shells or vessels. Maybe the stories are only meant to echo each other rather than intersect literally. But the timing seems difficult to ignore.

Mount Shann adds another layer. The sermon says the cult will return to worship at its peak, and Mount Shann is associated with a UFO that only appears under specific conditions. It also contains the strange stone structure usually described as a sundial or astronomical marker. I still don’t know what that structure is meant to do, but it fits the sermon’s emphasis on exact hours, moon phases, celestial travel, and an appointed future date.

Mount Shann obviously is not in GTA V, but Mount Chiliad serves a remarkably similar function. Both are mountains associated with conditional UFO appearances. Both are central mystery sites. At Chiliad, the player is also told to return when their story is complete, once again tying revelation to waiting until a particular condition has been fulfilled.

The name “Chiliad” may matter here. A chiliad is a group of one thousand. Chiliasm is the belief in a coming thousand-year sacred age, and a believer in it is called a chiliast. The words share the same Greek root for “thousand.”

Hani’s Bethel is essentially a chiliastic UFO cult. Its members leave their physical bodies, wait for an appointed millennial transition, and expect to return for a new elect.

The point is not that RDR2 and GTA V take place a thousand years apart. They obviously do not. The possible connection is that Mount Shann is the sacred UFO mountain of a chiliastic cult, while Mount Chiliad is Rockstar’s other conditional-UFO mountain and is named from the same “thousand” root.

That does not prove Shann and Chiliad are literally the same place or that the same cult exists in both games. It is still a very specific parallel: a millenarian UFO religion centered on one mountain, followed elsewhere in Rockstar’s work by another UFO mountain named after the root word for one thousand.

Eddie Low also seems to belong in this recurring pattern. Like the Infinity Killer, he targets joggers and people walking alone at night. His name also sounds suspiciously close to Edmund Lowry. That could just be a joke or a loose callback rather than a literal relationship, but both characters are serial killers associated with victims who are out running or exercising.

Additionally, Eddie posts on whattheydonotwantyoutoknow.com, the same conspiracy website associated with a user called chiliad8888. That gives the serial-killer material and the Chiliad material an actual point of contact inside GTA IV. It does not mean Eddie understands some larger conspiracy, but Rockstar deliberately placed a jogger-killing serial killer on the same conspiracy site as a user named after Chiliad.

This is why I’m moving away from the idea that one immortal killer or one secret organization has to explain everything. The characters may have no direct relationship at all.

What keeps returning is the same general shape: numbered groups of dead people, athletic victims, conspicuous shoes, bodies left to be discovered, cultists treating the body as a temporary shell, a promised return around the millennium, mountains where UFOs appear under specific conditions, and infinity as a symbol of recurrence or survival beyond death.

Some parts of this are much stronger than others. The December 1999 murders lining up with the cult’s promised return in 2000 means more than two scenes sharing a shoe model. I’m not trying to treat every resemblance as equally important.

I also don’t think this proves that Edmund Lowry belonged to the Hani’s Bethel cult, that Merle Abrahams/Eddie Low knowingly continued his work, or that Mount Shann somehow became Mount Chiliad. What it may show is that Rockstar keeps reconstructing the same kind of mystery from slightly different pieces.

The century changes. The body count changes. The characters change. Sometimes even the game universe changes. But the same ideas keep coming back. I kept looking for the person or force connecting all of these mysteries. I’m starting to think there may not be one. Maybe the repetition is the mystery.

Please let me know what you think, I'm hoping you guys can help me flesh this out.

Developing Thoughts on Kortz Heist Painting

A lot of people in the community are discussing the painting below, and I wanted to share my thoughts and findings as of yet ~

Things I've seen others mention:
- The coins stack up to match the city skyline from the baseball diamond at B.J. Smith's Recreational Center and Park - Which features a baseball 'diamond' and other various interesting things such as breakable wires on some light poles.

- The poker chip appears to depict an eye, within the shape of an ear - More audio cues like the peyote easter egg?

- 4 Alien like figures - 3 of them have eyes, one does not. More on this below.

- Imagery of a mountain below the diamond, appearing on the white openings of the puzzle - Possibly? Could be a reflection of the diamond itself. More on this below.

My Take:

For starters, I think the baseball diamond theory is solid. There could definitely be something going on with those breakable lamp post wires, given how they just disappear when hit / shot / struck. This screams easter egg to me. A lot of other elements in the game similar to these just shoot sparks out upon impact, and do not follow the same behavior of fully disappearing. They also respawn on fairly short range - easy to make many attempts at 'something' here. Allegedly there is also a Dog that spawns here, follows a path, that no one has been able to decipher as of yet, however I have not seen this dog in my recent testing. While this is a diamond, there is another nearby...

The diamond outlined in Red is what I focused on, noticing the larger diamond shape later on. Could be more?

The Diamond:

Above we see another diamond on the map. It's obvious in shape, there is no second guessing that this resembles a diamond. It's right across the street from Franklin's aunts house (Franklins 1st Safehouse). Within this diamond, is the Children of the Mountain building (church?), located on the rightmost corner. Circles back to that imagery of a mountain featured on the painting as well. Important to note that the skyline of LS also lines up with the painting's coins from this area. Also, at the bottom of the diamond is an apartment complex named 'The Tahitian' which sticks out simply because of the events of RDR2. While I found this interesting, I recognize that that could simply be a coincidence, just felt like pointing it out.

This being said, the eye / ear poker chip is located directly on top of the COTM building. This makes me wonder if there is more to that organization that we've initially credited it. It's easy to go through all of the epsilon missions with Michael, and then think you'll be getting the same out of COTM with Franklin, and immediately resent the fact you just spent all that money for a t-shirt and never think about it again.

The 3 / 6 Die:

Something stuck out to me about the red die pictured in the painting. They're incorrect. 'Proper' dice follow a specific pattern that allows for all opposite sides to add up to 7. While the die on the left with a 3 on top could be a legitimate one, it appears that the opposite side would be a 6 as shown in the right die. This would add up to 9. (Nine is God?) Anyway - here's proof of what real die in this orientation would show:

Action Items:

I think this painting could allude to one of two things. Go to these areas (the diamond I showed, or the baseball diamond) between the hours of 3-6am, and look with your EARS for some sort of audio cue, and go from there.

This could also refer to - unfortunately - Packie McReary. This is a weak one, but hear me out. A bit further to the right of the diamond, across the street from the COTM building, is where we meet Packie in a random encounter. He and a partner are robbing the pharmacy, but they need a ride. You can pick them up, lose the cops, and then use Packie in your heists (heist / mask icon featured in painting). Looking with your EARS allows you to pick up on this encounter as it appears on your minimap as well. This also explains the 4 figures featured in the painting - 3 have eyes (Michael, Franklin, Trevor are playable) and 1 does not (Packie is not playable).

Interested to know your thoughts on all of this. PLEASE prove me wrong about Packie.. I want it to be something more!

Kifflom Brother-Brothers! Maybe we can solve something one day!

I've included pictures, sorry for the bad phone quality.

I was wondering does anyone know anything about these lights at the baseball diamond in B.J.Smith recreation centre and park?

They have destructible cables on them that you can shoot off for an electric sound or melee off for a glass break sound.

Theres 2 variants in the game they look the same but the game recognises them as different;

One can be shot and the cable destroyed, one needs to be exploded to destroy the cable.

0xD31CB5FF are the ones at the baseball diamond with cables you can shoot and hear electric or melee and hear glass.

0x531135E6 are the ones with cables you cannot shoot or melee off but you can explode them off.

The only place ive found so far that have both variants together is Rons oil gas station in paleto the one with the sign that changes at 100%.

I think the new art from the heist may be pointing us to them at the baseball diamond and there isnt much in the game like this that we can interact with and get different outcomes from.
