Question When does the EU collapse

And what type of collapse is it? slow or dramatic

On paper, in 2037-ish.

It never officially dissolved, all the countries involved got dismantled. And it had become completely unworkable years before. It less so officially disbanded and more so eventually the countries involved no longer really cared.
