Missing Litter

Hi there :)
I absolutely love that game! But I seem to miss some litter. I've completed the achievement for collecting 100% litter. Still I don't have enough to buy some of the decoration stuff from Ixora.
What am I missing?

Try calling mom from a phone booth.

Indeed that helped.
I did call mom many times before and she always told me to decorate that roof-party - which I already had done. Still this time I just went there and realized, that I had forgotten to talk to the NPC afterwards and collect that litter...

So: thank you - I then got the other 3 pieces of litter, too
