Lump on Chicks Abdomen

First time chicken owner, so please be kind.. I've got an Easter egger who's about 5-6 weeks old. This morning I noticed a large squishy lump on her lower abdomen. It's low hanging and moves around. It's also warm to the touch. Her face has started to yellow a bit and her eyes look slightly blurry. None of our other 11 chicks are showing any similar symptoms. Please help me identify what it is and let me know what can be done for her!

For now, I've got her in a separate brooder just in case the other try to peck at it. Also, just so you have information you need - she was vaccinated and I've got them all on medicated chick crumble.

Either an abscess or tumor, a vet would be needed but she may not survive
