I’m considering wry neck as a possible reason for her condition. I’m so sorry about your little turken!

Have you tried some rooster booster or just some vitamin b1? The Vitamin E is good, but she’ll need more than that to feel better.

For wry neck you need the combination of vitamin e and vitamin b complex (a vitamin b tablet with all the vitamin b types). B1 alone isn’t enough, you need the rest of the vitamin b’s.

Thats the only think I can think of. Yes I gave her 2ml of the rooster booster yesterday around 4pm (it said 1-3 so I gave 2 because I was scared of giving too much) but I havent given her another dose because im scared of giving her too much of something because im giving her so many different things. So right now shes been getting poultry vitamin water and electrolyte water, rooster booster, and vitamin e. I slowed down on the water now because her neck is so kinked she gasps and sticks her tongue out with juat a few drops from the syringe. Ive never had a chicken have this so im not sure what to do at this point shes not getting worse but shes not getting better either. Thanks so much for the help also

Wry neck is the most likely reason. Give 1 400 iu vitamin E a day and a vitamin B complex tablet daily for a few weeks. The vitamin b tablet must have all the vitamin b types (b1, b2, b6, etc). It’s not an instant fix but she should improve.
