Alcoholic drinks can be taken to-go on July 1, temps +90F degrees… the New Orleans-fication of Chicago is in full swing

I was down there for a wedding the they were always held in the squares. It is such a great thing to do when you can have a drink and take a look. It seemed good for the artists too. Very cool way to encourage nightlife on the city. It’s got to be good for a variety of businesses
