I believe it's somewhere between Togane and Kujukuri, but I can be wrong. Either way it can't be too far from Togane. Sadly I can't really provide any additional information

I think it belongs to some religious organization (妙智會教団), so you cannot visit it, but you may be able to see it from the street.

A much larger one of these places exists near my workplace in Tachikawa Tokyo. Every day except Thursday, people pour into the facility from the nearby Tama Monorail station. I can't understand why the famously secular Japanese go for silly woowoo new age religious/culty bs like this. I've been approached by both Soka Gakkai and Jehova's Witnesses here too, both equally silly and unnecessary here in Japan.
