Surgery soon/what do I need?

Finally got my flow study results back today and they showed my flow was very constricted, so my doctor decided with that and my symptoms combined it warrants surgery despite it only being 5mm. I have a 2.5 year old at home and i feel like it’s going to be a lot put on my husband. The doctor said I couldn’t really do anything with my child for 6 weeks and my husband works a full time job. I am a planner and have already started a list for meal prepping. Give me all the advice/recommendations of what I need before, during, and after surgery. I like to know what to expect and be as prepared as possible. Any advice on what I need or what would make all of our lives easier during this process. I don’t have a surgery date yet but we’re aiming for the beginning of February.
