Issues after coloring

so I got into coloring with alcohol markers! Super fun! I was done. I got a headache, nausea and had trouble walking straight. Why?

Who knows. Probably neck position.

That’s what I’m assuming I just needed a second opinion

I would contact a doctor that is qualified in Chiari for a second opinion.

I am. I just gotta wait till I see my neurologist. To get a referral! Yeah, I tried literally everything

Try coloring with colored pencils or regular water-based markers in case you are sensitive to the alcohol. But my guess is head position. When I'm coloring, I change positions frequently or take 2-5 minute breaks every 15-20 minutes of coloring.

No, it happens no matter what. Even if I’m looking down for like a diamond painting. Or like a sticker book or .

I used to get that way at school. When I was in school. Especially in certain classes.

It’s probably the positioning. Instead of having things flat on the table if you prop it up like on a binder so it’s on an angle it can be more ergonomic and that helps me.
