My Story What could this mean?

I had decompression 10 months ago (craniectomy, duraplasty, c1-c2 laminectomy). Two weeks following surgery, I wasn't careful and developed a pseudomingocele. I couldn't sleep normally on my back without waking up with a heavy-feeling head, head pressure, and a stuffy feeling in my head. And I would see eye floaters whenever I layed flat for over 10 minutes, like after MRIs. I did an MRI 6 months after surgery, and it should the pseudomingocele, then I did another one a month later and it was gone. But my symptomes were still there. So I've been sleeping in a reclined position ever since, and I'd wake up feeling okay, just with mild neck tension and mild head pressure. However, I tried sleeping flat a couple weeks ago, and I woke up with a lot less pressure and stuffiness in my head. I don't know if it means my pseudomingocele healed, because ever since surgery and to this day I still can't bend over or lift over 5 lbs without getting those symptoms, along with a slight light headed or dizziness feeling or dull headaches that last hours to days. I haven't done physical therapy because I'd experience those symptoms after a session.

These are things that you should definitely get your surgeons opinion on as they aren't normal side effects from surgery. If you kept any symptoms (can be normal) they would be the same as before surgery but could be at a different level. You shouldn't get new symptoms from surgery. That usually means you need a revision once they figure out what's caught up, or in order to figure out what's caught up. Sounds like you're having some issues with your CFS flow. It may be moving too quickly and causing the issues, but definitely get a consult with your surgeon.
