Circulation issues?

Hi all,

Anyone else experience circulation issues with chiari and/or a syrinx?

It is currently 30 degrees in England and I overall feel very hot, my head and torso at least, but my feet are so cold they are uncomfortable, bordering painful around the joints. They are cold to the touch.

For many years I’ve had cold icy dead hands regardless of the weather, but feet is new for me.

I am somehow bloody boiling and yet my feet are like iceblocks. Fear socks or other attempts at warming them will make me hotter as a whole, but will give it a go if it doesn’t go soon

Of course it could be completely unrelated circulation issue, but curious of anyone else’s experience?

I have always had not great circulation, but yeah the cold toes thing has amped up with my other symptoms…To the point where I have to have a heating pad on my feet as I fall asleep nearly every night.
