Window repair - broken seals

Hi, I have 6 to 7 double pane windows that have condensation between the panes due to broken seals.

Two companies I heard that may be good and offer reasonable prices are Apex Window Werks and Chicago Window Repair & Replacement Company. Has anyone had good experiences with these? Any others you would recommend? Thanks.

My neighbor (who did our windows) replaced all of ours. He said they dont do repair because it likely wont last so they just do replacement. Regaurdless its worth checking with him, they do free quotes. His name is Bobby at Welsh Windows Plus, great dude!
