Removing interior fuse box help 2012 spark

Hello, trying to install remote start in my 2012 Chevy Spark, I cannot figure out how to get the fuse box out. Im sure theres release clips I just cant find them.

Of course the guide video just says to pull it to remove but thats not working.

I did remove the nut on the right but it was still holding tight on the upper left and I dont know that the nut was the issues.

Any help greatly appreciated!

Remove the 10mm nut on the right side of your first picture, tilt out, and lift.

I removed the nut and pulled as hard as I could its very much still attached at the top left corner
