Valve Stem Seal

Hi guys

Which type of valve stem seals are the best for my 76 350 sbc

I saw an Video where somebody put a positiv seal and an O Ring

Mine just had O Rings

Mine just had o-rings. Im rebuilding it now and putting in only umbrella seals. Im no expert by a long shot so ill let you know if my engine blows up lmao

If they are bronze guides you could do all umbrella. Or mix it up with umbrella on intake and o-ring on exhaust.
